I love going here because I'm never rushed or ignored. I get all the help I need. I have problem with my feet and have problems finding my size. They carried a huge assortment of shoes even wide width. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. I love that all your information about what you purchased prior is stored in the computer so they know what brand you were using as well size. They even knew what socks I had before...because I needed more.

This store was amazing, they will perform a 3d scan of you feet to find the right size and fit and record how your feet move while running so your shoes will support how you naturally run. Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly communicated information. I now own the most comfortable shoes in my entire life.

Gabriel is the best! Store was very busy, and they only had two staffers. He was patient and attentive to all his customers despite the pressure. My parents love their new fitted walking shoes.

Wow, so disappointed. We waited patiently for 30 minutes in the store for someone to help us. No one acknowledged us, or welcomed us into the store, we continued to wait. We watched agents finish with customers and went to other customers who came in the store after us. After the 3rd customer was helped, after our arrival, still no acknowledgment of our existence, we left. Trying Naperville running co. Instead.

We interacted with Gabriel and he was amazing representative to support the buying process, giving us all details , taking all necessary measurements and suggesting right shoes for us. This place is fantastic! They know where to direct you with the best fit for your feet. The best part is if you have VIP membership you have up to 3 months to exchange. I was there a couple weeks back and Tyler was my fit expert. He was efficient, knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. Kudos to store manager Eric and his team of Fit experts they always do a great job and I highly recommend this place.

I really loved my experience in-store at Road Runner. The staff is super helpful and I always leave feeling confident about my purchases. Also road runner VIP is definitely worth it if you’re a frequent runner! The discount and cash back you get on shoes is insane.

Tyler was great! Greeted me right as I walked in and brought me to what I needed. He gave great suggestions while including why he recommended what he did. He showed me to lace the shoes in a better way for my needs too and made sure fit worked then got me all color options to get me what I wanted. He so got me signed up for the membership that started my savings right away and explained all the awesome benefits. I will definitely be back to see him for my next set of shoes

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. With the employees help I got the right shoe for my feet. Fit, comfort, support are all way more important than style or fashion. But I do like the looks of the shoe, so that is a bonus! Also their VIP Program is excellent, really saved me money, and so I will definitely be back. I wish I could have remembered the guys who assisted....great experience...
