I had a haircut today and loved it so much. Tiffany was totally understand what I want. She was polite and efficient. I was satisfied with my new hairstyle and had a wonderful experience here. Price for just hair cut is $40 before tip. Service: Haircut

I was searching for a salon who can cut Asian hair in the burbs, and this is it! Tiffany is amazing and accommodating, and very skilled. The salon is super clean and spacious too.

They should think about customer service. There price is not cheap, but there is zero customer service. They just give your hair done. No one greet me when I enter the salon. I was standing for a while, no one ask me if I need help. So I got to have a seat because I already had an appointment. Then, finally I was greeted by the stylist for the service 10 minutes later of my appt. time. Even after the service, they do not care who come and go. None of the staff said, 'good bye', or 'thank you'. They do not express their appreciation by 'Thank You' when I was tipping. They are talented and skillful stylists compare to some places, but lack of customer service skill make the hair salon devalued. Service: Hairstyling

I had a haircut with Tiffany twice, and loved it so much. I went from long to very short, and she was super efficient without sacrificing the style. She's a very polite and pleasant person as well. The salon is small and clean. The price is also right ($40 for a haircut before tip). I'm coming back for sure 😊

The haircut itself was fine, but the lady was a bit rough on my hair. The hairdressers attitude also wasn't the best. She wasn't very friendly and gave me weird eye looks with the requests I wanted for my hair length. I recommend Jennifer's hair salon for a better experience.

One of the worst hair cuts I've had in a while. The stylist struggled with the straightness of my hair, so it didn't come out even. Between the stylist and the assistant, they never brushed my hair. Overall took an hour for a simple hair cut, with the stylist and assistant going back and forth with other clients.

A bit overrated. I went to get magic straight and it turned out bad. Overall my hair came out smooth and luxurious, but there were spots that were janky. I returned and they tried to fix it, but the jankiness kept returning so I've been back 2 to 3 times for them to cut and fix. Hopefully, my hair will be back to its "normal" state after 1 or 2 more visits. But I have got to say, their customer service to fix their mistake has been amazing, which they should bc they did ruin my hair. Photos attached
