I went there for a flu shot I was the only one waiting the store manager told me 5 minutes, I waited 40 minutes and in that time there was only 1 customer that came in.When i asked the very rude manager how much longer she said if you don't like waiting too bad. I'm reporting her to corporate. Stay away from this CVS.

Just because you go to the drive thru doesn't mean your first in line, people in the store were probably ahead of you. There short staffed like everyone else. Get a grip.

This place is a joke,wait at the drive thru a joke. Store manager is a joke. Nobody in the store and the pharmacy is to busy to see you at the drive Thur???

Pricy for sure. My biggest gripe concerns the pharmacy. If they OFFER to have my monthly scripts refilled automatically and I ACCEPT, then I should not find out at the last minute that the script was not refilled - especially when it’s a medication that should not be stopped abruptly. Not good service.

I've had so many problems with this Pharmacy since they purchased Docs. S cripts that they call me cause they're ready. I drive there and they are not. Standsrd scripts not in stock and I have to wait days. Multiple mechanized phone calls asking me if zi want to refill a script. Argument with the manager who was rude and wouldn't answer questions about diabetic test kits. Calls like now that won't go through and you get disconnected

Their hours are limited, the store has very low stock & Customer Service is VERY subpar. The pharmacy makes up their own rules about filling prescriptions & completely disregard the Dr's orders! I have never dealt with a more disrespectful staff that simply don't seem to care at all about the individual Customer's needs.

Pharmacy was rude to a senior who had a question. The tone and demeanor from the pharmacist was totally uncalled for. CVS must not have a policy to treat people with respect or even with some attempt at good customer service. All of our business will be taken somewhere else. Awful experience.

The shorter woman with dark hair, who I assume is a manager, is quite an unreasonable person. She kept yelling at me to wear my mask “properly” yet the more the two of us talked, the more my mask needed adjustment. As she is both a larger woman and a representative of CVS Health, I hope that she begins to take heart disease, diabetes and obesity as seriously as she does COVID-19.

Dropped off my prescriptions 10am. Two hours later I check if they're ready for pick up. CVS says Ill have it 3 days later because they don't have antibiotics on hand, unacceptable. He tries to get me to drive to Peotone so I stick with CVS. Anyways I tried to have it transferred to a walgreens near by that did have my medicine on hand.....hours pass and the pharmacist here at Beecher clocks out but never sent the information to the walgreens like they were supposed to do. Even the pharmacist at walgreens was like "whats wrong with this guy". Literally bringing my prescription into this establishment did FAR more harm than good, I don't even have my prescription now to bring it somewhere else!

Very unfriendly pharmacy manager. Customer service is not in her training manual. Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. This is new pharmacy for our family and I will be going back to locations outside of our town as every experience with this manager is to much to deal with in this customer service type of job. Send her back to training. keep her away from customer contact or more folks will be going elsewhere as well.
