After having the truck for awhile, trying to get my truck service in this dealership is horrible. The service side will not help if it will take to much work for them. They told me to go to quicklane building to get it fixed. Quicklane won't take anymore customers. The service side in the main building is basically empty. This place don't care after you buy your vehicle.

Although having to wait 2 years for our Bronco - the delay was NOT the dealership's - it was Ford's and the miserable virus. Crossroads responded to my periodic emails requesting updated status - and - it is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to acknowledge that Crossroads stuck by the MSRP - and did NOT add a 'market adjustment' up-charge as a number of other dealers did throughout the country. They indicated upfront that they would honor the MSRP - and THEY DID!!!!! All in all, I'd recommend Crossroads Ford if you are considering purchasing a new Ford. The few folks I've met at the dealership have been responsive, friendly, and even the closing process was pleasant. As they say down South, these are 'stand-up' folks - and very professional.

Went to the Quick Lane for an oil changed. Told them not to touch or check anything other then the oil & filter change. Of course they ignored that, and started pulling wheels and tires of my truck, changing tire pressures… all of the things I said NOT to do. Walked out into the bay and told him to not do that twice. I live a short distance away, which is great in this case since most of my lug nuts were loose, and tires pressures way off. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. I bought this truck there, and my previous truck as well, and although I still have 2 free oil changes left, I will never take it to them again.

I saw a Honda HRV listed on their website Monday morning, called and scheduled a test-drive / trade-in appraisal for after work that day. They took care of everything, answered all of my questions, and even stayed late to finalize all the details so I was able to leave with my new purchase that night. That was the worst customer service call I've ever experienced! Calling in my car for a recall, but only able to get me a ride to my home, not back to pick up my car. Asked the representative to figure out to pick me up, she hung up on me! Sooo unprofessional, never experienced anything like it

Hi, We recently bought a new car at Crossroads Ford. We had a good experience. The salesperson was very friendly, and more importantly, he knew the car and was able to explain the many new features to us. John Kalis did a great job. Also, in the financial office they have incorporated new technology that made the completion of the paperwork easier to complete. We never really felt stressed.
