This dealership did not fix my coolant leak the first time. I was told to continue to drive the vehicle after calling the dealership 5 minutes after I left when I was smelling antifreeze. It was still leaking after I spent over $900 on a water outlet that was not the problem. I brought the car back and was told it was leaking in 3 places and it would be almost $1400 to repair. I told them no thanks and I got another mechanic to fix it for $1080. Much cheaper than $1400 plus the money I spent for the part I didn’t need. I don’t trust this dealership! I went to another mechanic that I trust. Thanks, Greg Payne If I could give less than 1 star I would, very incompetent mechanic at Griffin Buick GMC and they wouldn’t refund anything for the wrong work performed. I used to take my car there a lot but I never will again. Beware of this dealership.

Everything was good until we realized that the dealership was not going to honor the dealership offer that was going on in September. I understand the offerings changed each month, but when a deposit is put down and you are told the offer would be honored when the car came in, you expect that still to occur. But the dealership would not honor that and I feel like that is bad business. If you say you are going to do something then do it. It wasn't our fault the car took so long to come in. So very disappointed with that experience.

We had an excellent experience with multiple sales professionals and it was actually a fun buying experience with everyone up until it was time to talk to the finance manager. Not only was he not ready until much later than we'd been told, rather than explain the different payment options, the finance manager literally just assumed we would take the highest payment option because it had the most coverage, etc. I had to stop him and walk him through everything, asking all my questions to figure out what the differences were. Turns out he built in all kinds of coverage for this and that (things that are already covered simply because the vehicle is brand new) which I did not want or need. Then when going over the paperwork, he was in a hurry and didn't really want to explain to me what I was signing - he did tell me what every form was called, but I had to ask for clarification if I wanted to know more than the title of the form. He wrapped every single penny into the deal, disregarding the fact that I did not actually want all of it financed (i.e. gap insurance). He also told me that I absolutely must wait 5 months before I pay the vehicle off or I would have to pay a prepayment penalty, but that simply is not true. Needless to say, we're refinancing this week. It would make a lot more sense if the finance manager would meet with the buyer and ask what the buyer actually wants to finance and if there are any additional service packages that the buyer wants to wrap into the financing or not, rather than leave the buyer sitting around waiting while he puts together a bunch of deal options that they don't want. Literally every single option that he put on the table for us included some type of additional service or package which we absolutely did not want and sitting around waiting on him to put that together was an absolute waste of everyone's time. It would be worth looking around at your sales folks who are wonderful and trying to find a finance manager with the same level of integrity and character. Literally the last 10 minutes doing the paperwork changed our entire experience.

Technician states he found nothing wrong with the driving of the vehicle. I can only take his word because he drove it 4.3 miles. I plan to drive it 1000 miles and video it for comparison to the video on 09/10/2022 I’m a loyal customer of GM vehicles and consider another in the future. At the cost of a 60,000-70,000 truck I expect to have a highly reliable vehicle. We’re all feeling the economy. I have 33,281 miles on my 2018 and plan to keep it. I will have a opinion in a month or so after I put another 1,000 miles on it. Thank you. B. W. G.

My new Buick is excellent. Griffin Motor Company, Inc. is a nice relaxed dealership that is extremely professional. My sales person, Tyler Sheldon, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is my second Buick and I truly feel Buick is a superior product and so, I feel like I could one day return to purchase another Buick from Griffin Motor Company, Inc. because my experience was very pleasant and considering I live on the eastern half on North Carolina it was well worth the journey!

My dealership was unable to see me promptly for service but when calling, your associate Joe Miskulin was both courteous and professional. We worked out a much more prompt service time. I dropped my vehicle off, just before closing, we discussed the work, in reassuring detail and I took the car home the next day rather than a week later. Joe's a good guy. Thanks Griffin Buick GMC.

My husband and I were leaving out for vacation, when the check engine light came on. We contacted Griffin Motor Company and explained the situation, and they said that they could take us immediately and see what was going on. Thankfully, it was nothing major and it was covered under warranty. The people at the service department went above and beyond to get this fixed for us so that we could leave out on vacation on time. Thank you so much!!!

I can't say anything bad about our car buying experience here, we traded in our van and got into a nice Acadia, Chandler was great to work with and went out of his way to make it easy and hassle free, and so far were loving our new ride.

I have nothing bad to say about this dealership or the sales professional who helped me seal the deal. My brother and I seen the car that best suited our needs on car gurus and decided to drive up Saturday afternoon. Chandler greeted us at the door and quickly started moving to assist us with taking a look at the 2017 Nissan Rogue they had in stock. We sat down, he understood the assignment, and met our needs. Would have to say, the transaction landed as the 2nd fastest car buying experience for me. Great customer service all around.

I’m always welcomed, the lady at the service desk (I think her name is Sam), is the best! They fit me in as best as possible, my wait time is never egregious, & the pricing is fair. Trust me, I’ve checked at other places to compare! That’s why I drive 45 minutes to get there instead of 10 to the shops close to me.
