From the moment my appointment was scheduled, the receptionist attended to my every concern. Because it was an engine issue, she noticed my concern for the appointment given and contacted me to say that if I was willing to drop off my car a week earlier, the technician would work it into his schedule. Although I was not able to drop off beforehand, i was glad to know that they were willing to work me in. I went on my appointed day & time and was kept abreast of where they were with checking out my car. Everyone involved were always nice and professional. I would highly recommend Flow Buick-GMC to anyone looking for a great service experience.

The entire team at the Flow Buick GMC were great to work with during the purchase of my new Yukon. My husband and I both will recommend this dealership. My salesperson Andrea Chavez answered all my questions, she was responsive via text and she was the reason I returned to this dealership. She was great to work with and she made it an easy experience. As the buying process began the Yukon didnt have the tires but the general manager Marty Edwards had the tires put on the Yukon that I wanted so that I could leave that day with the Yukon as I had no vehicle. Without them working for me as the customer it would not have been such an great experience.

Issac Kingwood did a great job selling this truck. Very knowledgeable, courteous and polite young man. I felt that Kenny could have drooped the price. The dealership offers military discounts on new vehicles only. Considering I paid big dollars for a 2020 truck, I felt they could have dropped the price some. All in all, nice people at Folk GMC. Now I hope their service after the sale is as good as the sale.

Bought a used Camry from Flow Buick GMC. My salesman is D.J.Mcdonalds. He's professional, enthusiastic, straightforward, and very friendly to talk with. I have made an appointment with them 2 hours in advance. When I got there, the car is parked at the door front and every document is ready. The car is just like what they described. The price is reasonable. The best thing I love about this dealer is that they have NO ADDITIONAL FEE on the advertised price. You paid for what is listed online. Some dealer won't tell you their outdoor price and when you get there, you are charged thousands due to ridiculous reasons. For that, I'll give them 11/10. Definitely what you wish to make a deal with.
