I live here in Monroe, and in May of this past year I went to Badcock Furniture to buy an Executive high back office chair. Well they ordered me one that I financed for $300.00 Big Sturdy one! 3 weeks ago the chair's arm structure snapped in 2 places (Plastic) and put me on the floor! When I contacted them about the situation, they told me a new arm assembly will be ordered for it and I can repair it. That was then. Since then, I have requested they just replace the chair being only those months old. Which they refused and referred me to their main operations, and I called them to explain my situation and they said a part will come from "Over Seas" and could take months, and they would see about getting me a new chair. Today I received a Voice mail message from the person I spoke with in corporate that they will be ordering the arm part and will only attempts to repair the $300.00 chair! That is not right, I think they should replace the chair I still am paying for! I have but one piece of furniture in this room in my apartment and now have nothing to sit on for lord know how long! Edit; I chose such a large heavy chair because i am on disability for a terrible failed back. Now they say 8 or more weeks for the parts. This should be handled by legal representation now because my back is in terrible pain sitting on the floor! TBC... ~Atticus

Sells used tires as new tires? I have been getting my tires here for years. They put 4 new🤔tires on my truck $800. I took the truck back three times because the shaking was so bad over 55mph. Also they chipped chrome off all 4 rims and told me it was just rubber on the rim. They put on another set of new tires, different brand and another $300. Never did anything about rims, check out my used, new tires! Did I mention David said it was no problem swapping tires, he would just sell my first set to someone else! So did I get new or used tires? ~bob

I can't say anything bad about our car buying experience here, we traded in our van and got into a nice Acadia, Chandler was great to work with and went out of his way to make it easy and hassle free, and so far were loving our new ride. ~Matthew
