The only Zaxbys I visit in Rome. Food is great majority of the time and staff is nice. Love getting the boneless wings & thing meal!

I usually just order the same Ole thing from here which is the chicken finger plate... so I can only rate that. The chicken is always tender and delicious never have I had a bad piece. No complaints from me with this particular location

When we pulled up to order, we was told to wait, we waited 15 minutes with them never coming back to say anything. Repeatedly tried say hello, etc. Still no response. So, we decided to go inside to order. We walk in and there are 3 employees seemingly just hanging out. No one ever greeted us or tried to take our order. After about 5 minutes of just waiting for someone to take our order inside we decided to just leave, they still never spoke or acknowledged us at that time either. Horrible service. We also watched 3 other cars leave the drive thru as well, losing business due to workers wanting to hang out and not take orders.

Did drive-thru which can move kinda slow sometimes but this day things moved quickly. The young man that took my order and money was cheerful and sweet! He seemed to have genuine smile on his face! That's always a good thing in these times. If you want kindness you must be kind!! I hope he felt the same with our brief interaction!

I noticed several food crumbs on the tables, they had not been whipped down. Dining in was me and my two kids, my fiancée and our friend. I would like a wings and things with tongue torch flavor, my kids did the slider boxes, my fiancée got the Zaxby’s signature sandwich, and to be honest, I’m not quite sure what my friend ordered. The food had a good presentation, it tasted good. There was a disappointment on this trip, it turned out to be the fountain drink machine , it had very little drink selections….everything was out. Oh and for all you fried mushroom fan😋 they don’t sell them anymore😢😮💨😕

Sorry about this but I love Zaxby's BUT,,, last week I ordered wings and things and slaw and they put my slaw in the platter loose with my food, melted..... today I ordered the same thing, no fries but with slaw and they forgot my slaw and gave me fries. . around 2:30pm. Ok. I'll live.

This was one time the food was hot and fresh even though the drive thru was extra long. However my crew enjoyed the meal. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly Parking: Adequate parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible for everyone

I love Zaxby's salads. Though I had a bad experience at the location in Rome on Shorter Ave. Got me a Cobb salad but the lettuce was old; it was dark and dry and the cucumbers were bitter. Had to throw away half of the salad. Hoping I don't get contaminated with salmonella or something.

I went there two nights ago for take home dinner. I didn't think I was going to get waited on. The lady was talking to another employee that was going home. I stood there for at least ten minutes before she asked what I wanted. She knew I was standing there but her conversation was more important than me getting my food.

Slow, lackadaisical service. None of the nearly dozen kids behind the counter seemed interested in customers but instead talking with themselves while I was parked outside waiting for my food. I had to go in to remind them of my order. Food was cold.
