After ordering online 30 minutes prior, I still had to wait at the store for 15 minutes for my pick up while there were 3 people inside the restaurant and no one in the drive through. Not the first time this has happened at this location.

First time at Popeyes in Calhoun, GA. Loved it!! Spicy chicken tenders, red beans and rice, popcorn chicken, popcorn shrimp, and always soft and buttery biscuits. 😋

We stopped here while traveling, yesterday. Everyone was nice and we got served pretty fast. The food was good and the order was correct. There was a run on chicken strips. I saw several orders on the screen for chicken strips in the drive-thru and that's all our family ordered. They still got all of our orders to us fast. I had to wait only about 3 minutes after the rest of my family got their orders, which was fine. My order was fresh and hot. I ordered the three-piece chicken strips with french fries, biscuit, and a drink. The only thing was two of the menu screens weren't working so we Googled the menu, which wasn't any trouble at all. I'm sure the menus are working by now They did a great job.

What on earth...!! Kids just goofing off. No customer service, and little care at all for the job. A simple 2 person order took almost 20 minutes of just waiting as they goofed off and still seemed utterly confused as to what we ordered. Don't waist your time. Go somewhere else.

Went there Monday after leaving dr. Appointment in Calhoun 6/27/2022 around lunch Drove from Lafayette about 40 mins away. It was going to be a treat to take some popeyes back home. I ordered 8pc and small dirty rice. Got home i had only 1 breast. 3 thighs 2 legs 2 wings. Half cup of dirty rice, which had just been put back on menu I could shake the container of rice when I got home that was supposed to be filled at the top.it was like a teaspoon. I wish they would place restaurant reviews at the menu before you order so you can know what to expect from service. If I had lived near I would have taken it back.

When i pulled up to the window i payed and they pulled up. I was never given my drink. I had to go inside to get it after she had brought me my food. The nugget meal I purchased was not good. Tasted like they redropped old nuggets because they didn't want to waste or didn't want to make any more. Was very disappointed. Couldn't Bite into them they were so hard. And soaked in grease.

This Popeyes has some pretty rude employees, but I will say that they make up for that by ALWAYS getting my order right and serving the food fresh. I pretty much just go for the chicken sandwich and fries, because I think their sides can be a tad bit bland but that's just personal preference. If you are in the mood for fried chicken, I would definitely recommend Popeyes. Don't forget to try their sauces, they're all awesome!

So DELICIOUS!!🤗 chick fil a is tricking the consumer now (US) by not telling us the chicken meat is a lot smaller now on their chicken sandwich while still charging the same PRICE!! The big chicken on the bun is popeye's the small one is chick fil a.. Great fast service!! Thank you Popeye's!!🍗😁
