I rented a unit on Friday and confirmed the business hours for the next day, since I would be moving on the weekend. Nice lady in the office said they close at 1630. Came back on Saturday and my unit was locked with one of their locks. Not a big deal, would’ve been nice to know that, but ultimately it wouldn’t have been an issue. However, the time I arrived was between 1545-1600 and the office was closed. No one even answering the phone. Attempted to call customer service and get the property manager out there to unlock the unit but he couldn’t even bother to answer the phone. Not gonna lie, I blew up his phone, 10+ calls. No answer, customer service couldn’t get ahold of him, and I never received a call back to discuss the issue like I had requested. Ended up having to use a friends garage to hold all my stuff since the Uhaul was rented just for the day. I’d give one star but the customer service women who did their best to assist me and help me keep my cool were so nice. I wouldn’t recommend this company or this location.

Our monthly rental price kept changing so I took it off automated payment and then it had a late payment before I got it straightened out and cost me a $35 overlock and lost a discount. We were locked in originally for 109 and started paying $129 then 149. Don't know what that was all about.

Superb experience. Renting a unit was surprisingly easy. Staff super helpful. In fact, ai was pleasantly surprised! It was my first time, so I had many options in mine including purchasing a steel storage container but I didn’t have any space to store one. Well, StorageMart solved all my problems, and for far less money than I originally anticipated. Thank you for the wonderful service. I now know where to find you when I need storage again in the future!
