Paid for a month plus deposit was out in 27days even swept the unit out. The lady then charged my card two more times and refused to refund anything including deposit.

I Finally received a call back from the owner after Repeated attempts to contact them about why they are sending me invoices for a storage unit that I haven’t used in 2 months and she wouldn’t talk to me at all and hung up on me. Look at 2 star rating for this company and steer clear from them.

If I could leave negative stars I would. No one returns phone calls. Couldn't get into the unit I reserved online several months ago so ended up using a different storage facility. Tried every possible way to get ahold of these people to get my money back. No response, just continue to get bills. The picture they have online of their storage unit looks nothing like what they actually offer. Had I not been in a time crunch and looked at their buildings before, I would have never used them to begin with.

I will be contacting an attorney in regards to this company. It's just plain out sad how unprofessional they are. I've called multiple times and not one returned called. I never received a lock on my unit she kept lying like she would get up and go she didn't put it on my unit and I was charged for it. She continues not to return my calls and I haven't received my money back. Like I said I will be selling legal help because it doesn't make any since Do Not Rent From This Company Very Very unprofessional. Sad service.

The lady who runs/ owns this called my fiancé to do some work to the storage on state street, as he did . She wasn’t happy so he went back and fixed everything she complained about and now she has every excuse why she can’t pay him his money. This lady has dug so far back into his personal life and threw it in his face. ALSO EVEN CALLED DHS on us and was making up lies. As the case got unfounded she is acting clueless. I truly wish whoever she works for or if she owns this realizes how bad their name looks because not only does my fiancé work for all the big BUSINESSES downtown who know everyone, also know he is a very kind sweet man who does anything and everything for everyone. Why this lady is acting like this has me beat. We will get our money & after I have seen all of the complaints about everyone not receiving money this business taking money out without authorization, please take the next step, small claims isn’t that much work & maybe then they will learn you can’t do this to people. She has made our life he** the past 2 months . Pulling teeth to get our money. It’s ridiculous. Also if anyone has any questions on how to get your money owed. Please message me as my aunt works in this kind of division. I will help you.. don’t let this company do the same to you!

I moved out in March, Julie still trying to take money out of my account Sending me stuff in the mail saying that I still owe money And charging a late fee on top of it, Does not return phone calls she definitely does not like my text And when I did get an answer she didn't like it. I had a relative have his storage unit broken into in January he and I helped fix the door for them, her husband was out of town. she told us she was going to give us 2 months free rent only gave us one month then starting billing again, she owes me money maybe I should charge her a late fee for not paying back the money she owes me. I told her I would like to speak to her husband but she says she has this handled no need to bother him. Renter B where do not go here. If anybody else has had problems with them please contact the Scott County's attorneys office.

If i hadn't done a lease I would have been out of there after the first month. Very unprofessional. And beware of her late fees! 50% of the monthly cost of the unit by the 9th of month! Not even sure if that's legal. Certainly unethical. Find some place else. You'll be happier.

Please, do NOT rent from this storage place if you care about your items. We are a military family and had to find a storage unit quickly for our move. At first, they were nice. Got us a unit in a short time. Moving out was a different story. After about half of our belongings were destroyed due to a leak in the ceiling and mice, we moved our boxes out. I called to confirm that we would no longer need their services the following month and called again after I moved everything out ahead of time. I left a message asking if they would call me back to ensure that everything was taken care of and when I could expect my deposit back. I left the unit cleaner than I found it. Unfortunately, when I called her again the following month, the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me after telling me that she never received my message and that she's not giving my deposit back. By far, the worst customer service that I've received in a while.

Terrible customer service! I have had an account here over a year and have never been late! I pay my bill through auto pay and On dec 1st they decided to withdraw my payment 8 times for the amount of $60.99 completely draining my bank account! I have called every number available at the site with no answer or call back in two day yes they are supposed to be 24hours... then I called the 877 number and they couldn’t even get in contact with the site.. I highly recommend choosing a different storage site.

Terrible customer service and facility. My unit leaked rain water all over my furniture. The drainage system runs through the center of the ceiling. Everything is ruined and the owners ignore me. Even if they won’t do anything about the damage, they ignore my requests to cancel my unit! They are still charging me! I was double charged one month and they won’t refund my money. My bank has to get that back for me and change my account number so A1 can’t charge me anymore. Odds are I won’t be getting my deposit back, either! I’m actually lying by giving them even 1 star.
