The team here is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Our team uses them for just about everything and we always get amazing results! As silly as it sounds, I love going in and just saying hi to everyone. They remember your name, business, and that helps when they give you advice on what you might need. We use them for printing, helping create marketing campaigns, banners and the last time I went in I even got to joke about sports. Overall a great place with even better people ~JDok

Had a passport picture taken here in Ankeny. The photo lady literally thought it was acceptable to use a photo that showed my bra strap and crooked shirt. When spending $15 on any photo, I wish she would’ve treated me as if it was a passport photo for herself. She did retake the photo but was visibly upset having to do it. ~Dawn

The only reason I use this pharmacy is because they are 24hrs (which I don't even think they are anymore). Every year when I renew my prescription after my yearly appointment, it's a fight to get things back to normal and how it was set up the previous year. This is the fourth consecutive year this has happen. On top of that, today (8/2/22) the person behind the counter got snippy with me. I understand I was frustrated about the situation but this person did not make anything better. This confirmed that if this pharmacy is no longer a 24hr location, I will be changing cause every time it's the same results with the same awful customer service. ~Kaitsy

I've been going to Kris’ Hot Yoga and Cycle for over six years. I Love it! I'm in better shape now than I was in my twenties. I wanted to get in shape, add lean muscle, and work on my balance. I'm still working on the balance portion 😉 I love the flexibility of the different types of classes and times. It works for my crazy schedule. The instructors are amazing. I've made the most amazing friends and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend KHY and Cycle!!! ~Leslie

1. Ordered some pizza tried to be nice about it, had horrible service with the kitchen employees. Forgot all the toppings on my pizzas and the wrong sauce. 2. Horrible at answering the phone I’ve worked for Casey’s for 4 years and I know how it’s suppose to be ran this place isn’t running it right. They don’t answer the phones once so ever. ~Dustin

I was in a critical situation and had one day to find a car, in a time when cars are not readily available. Ryan Platts spent hours looking for a vehicle for me, while I moved on to other dealerships. He found ONE, but it wouldn't arrive for 10 days. I had no running vehicle. I couldn't afford a rental for 10 days. There was a new vehicle at another dealership, on the lot, in my price range. It wasn't what I wanted, but I really had no choice, I was going to have to purchase that one. The vehicle Ryan found was a new Equinox, which I DID want. Once again, Ryan went to the computer and found me a loaner to use until the Equinox arrived. I was able to pick it up that day. Ryan kept in touch with me every few days. Finance reached out to me to handle a few things ahead of time so the day of delivery was seamless. On the day of delivery, everything went so smooth. Ryan was genuinely happy for me, Finance, the very personable Brenda Bracewell, was AMAZING, took about 10 minutes to go over everything and get me on my way. Then Devin Herndon arrived to show me how everything worked. He was fun, he was patient, he answered all of my questions, he walked me through every device and gadget on the vehicle. I have had the vehicle now for 5 days. I've made trips that were about an hour on the interstate, and short trips in town. I love this car. Considering that when I started looking that Monday, there were 2 cars in my price range on the lot in the central Iowa area, and only one vehicle on its way that hadn't been sold (among the 9 dealerships I contacted), I very much lucked out by finding the right people and the right car. My first purchase from Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny has made me a loyal fan. ~Sally
