What are your phone broken every time I call no one answers

1. Ordered some pizza tried to be nice about it, had horrible service with the kitchen employees. Forgot all the toppings on my pizzas and the wrong sauce. 2. Horrible at answering the phone I’ve worked for Casey’s for 4 years and I know how it’s suppose to be ran this place isn’t running it right. They don’t answer the phones once so ever.

Price gouging at it's finest. Gas everywhere else is .20-.40 cents cheaper than this place. I watch cars drive in and then leave immediately, myself included. Gas is already inflated enough, but to continue to gouge the price even more? Absolutely unecessary. Kwik star down the road is always priced better.

We really love CGS as a whole and have family and friends who work/have worked there for decades. Convenient and love the new store design/re-designs. Staff questionable w/ friendliness and cleanliness depending on what store you go to. Pizza and kitchen food always delicious. Will always cont. to do business w/ Casey's.

They don't feel like answering the phone or will hang up on you, over two hours to get pizza delivered. The driver claims it was our fault and was "trying" to reach us. Pathetic

Great pizza, but Jesus Christ can you guys not answer the phone? Just kept ringing and ringing, and I even had someone pick up the phone and just hang up once. Wow. Awesome pizza, but not worth calling over and over until someone decides to pick up.

Need to do much better... 2 hours for a pizza, 7:41 was eta pizza arrived a 8:35... phone was busy for 30 full minutes.... not what I expect from Casey's, their customer service has really slipped in recent years...

Not very happy. Ordered a taco pizza, cheesy bread sticks and a 2 liter online at 6:15 pm. The app said it would be delivered at 8:15pm so we called them and the person who answered said it wasn’t going to take that long so we waited. An hour goes by and our order is still not here. It finally arrived at 8:05pm. It should not take 2 hours to deliver an order that is 0.4 miles from your destination. Will never order from this place again. this was rediculous!

Pizza delivery was about 30 minutes late tonight. The delivery driver was really nice and handed me 10 box tops for a free pizza. Well I just paid $25 for the meal deal and the pizza tastes like it has been sitting in the car for awhile. Cheese sticks are nasty as well as the hot wings.
