Came down with my friends who wanted a new Equinox. They had previously bought all their vehicles from me when I worked at new Chevrolet dealership. I now run an independent dealership and they wanted me to tag along to insure they were taken care of on new car purchase. From the very start the process was EXTREMELY transparent and easy. Tyler was their sale person, he answered all the question I told them to ask and didn't beat around the bush. The finance manager Pete was very professional and straight forward. I did not have high expectations coming from the new car world, but I would recommend Karl to anyone. They took care of my friends and were excellent to deal with.

This new car lease had to be done at a distance as I'm a travel nurse currently In Omaha, NE. Tim and the entire team made the process smooth and seamless. I was able to drive home to Ankeny and get my new Equinox in less than 2 hours on a Saturday morning! Everyone at Karl Chevrolet was professional, friendly and helpful. The showroom was clean, inviting and comfortable. The entire team that helped me including Lane and John were great! As was the young man who showed me the features of my new vehicle. I would recommend Karl Chevrolet to others and I would buy another vehicle there myself. Thank you for making this process easy and enjoyable!

Overall I was very pleased with the experience. My only true frustration was the wait (nearly 12 months), which I know is out of the control of the dealership. With that being said I can now state that I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. I'm especially appreciative of Tyler Wallace, who kept in continuous communication with me throughout the entire wait. He's deserving of some serious kudos!

I was so impressed with Karl Chevrolet and especially with our sales guy Kyle. I came to the dealership to buy my first ever brand new car. I was super dissatisfied that with the current market I couldn’t get one that day. But Kyle quickly gave me options to get into my new car and help me build it with all the features important to me! He then kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle as well as working very hard to make sure we were able to pick it up before we needed it the most! You have a great employee in Kyle!!!!

The salesman was easy to work with for the shorty time he had been there. He worked hard and got us the price we wanted and made the process quick and easy. The financial guy made the process easy as well. Had all the paperwork done and we didn’t have to spend a lot of time there. The young man who showed me my car and all the gadgets was nice but could be friendlier. He was good at his job but needs to sound more confident b/c he knows what he is doing

This be a great car dealership if the technicians weren’t messing around flirting and laughing. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change just to watch some girl wth brunette hair and glasses acting ditzy take Snapchats with all the technicians. Very disappointing I’ve always gone to Karls to get my car serviced and every time I see the same thing👎👎 you would think they would enforce having no phones in the bay area but I suppose not. this place has really gone downhill. you would think the CSE assistant manager would regulate things a little bit but from her body language it seems like she’s all in it as well. very disgusting, inappropriate, unprofessional.

I was in a critical situation and had one day to find a car, in a time when cars are not readily available. Ryan Platts spent hours looking for a vehicle for me, while I moved on to other dealerships. He found ONE, but it wouldn't arrive for 10 days. I had no running vehicle. I couldn't afford a rental for 10 days. There was a new vehicle at another dealership, on the lot, in my price range. It wasn't what I wanted, but I really had no choice, I was going to have to purchase that one. The vehicle Ryan found was a new Equinox, which I DID want. Once again, Ryan went to the computer and found me a loaner to use until the Equinox arrived. I was able to pick it up that day. Ryan kept in touch with me every few days. Finance reached out to me to handle a few things ahead of time so the day of delivery was seamless. On the day of delivery, everything went so smooth. Ryan was genuinely happy for me, Finance, the very personable Brenda Bracewell, was AMAZING, took about 10 minutes to go over everything and get me on my way. Then Devin Herndon arrived to show me how everything worked. He was fun, he was patient, he answered all of my questions, he walked me through every device and gadget on the vehicle. I have had the vehicle now for 5 days. I've made trips that were about an hour on the interstate, and short trips in town. I love this car. Considering that when I started looking that Monday, there were 2 cars in my price range on the lot in the central Iowa area, and only one vehicle on its way that hadn't been sold (among the 9 dealerships I contacted), I very much lucked out by finding the right people and the right car. My first purchase from Karl Chevrolet in Ankeny has made me a loyal fan.
