This Macy's has a decent selection and prices, but the entire atmosphere of the store is that of a failing department store. It's kind of depressing. They have obviously put no money in this store for a long time, and it shows. I wonder how much longer until it shuts down. They do have a covered parking garage.

This location needed a major upgrade like 10 years ago and they look outdated and I don’t feel good shopping there and I never bought a single item.

Went in to pick up my online order, but it wasn't ready yet... lol... Got a great pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes! And the clerk offered me a job?!! I've worked for Macy's in Columbus @Easton Mall during the Christmas holidays a few years back... If you want to get a good buy, go upstairs to the backstage. They have low prices and they have something for everybody. Shoes for men and women and children, women's clothing men's clothing and children's clothing, you name it they have it and the prices you cannot beat! I found all my summer things at Macy's backstage!

Love this store, they have great selections for women's clothing, shoes, accessories, the kids sections is great also 👍, the customer service is excellent. I love their sperry boots

The women at the perfume counters are super rude. I went to pick up a bottle to smell it and before I could even grab it, she yelled from across the store that it was a fake bottle. It would have been okay if she offered to let me smell an actual bottle of it but her and another worker laughed and walked to the other side of the store. I was Macy’s credit card member but after this experience, I’m just going to close my card. Not the way I wanted to be treated on my birthday.

They have a fair collection of clothes. I found the clothes are not stocked with all sizes. They have a good collection of watches. Good discounts on most of the merchandise around the year.
