I wish I could give a zero!Prescriptions are never ready even though called in ahead of time! They have given me the wrong RX! Glad that I always check them bf taking!

Never had an issue, RX always ready when stated. Think the longest I have been on hold was around 10 mins during the height of COVID-19. Strange, I guess I am just super lucky judging by the rest of the reviews. Walk in with a smile and don't feel entitled and you should be good. The people working there are workers in the middle of a pandemic, not servants.

9 times out of 10 products are listed as in stock and available at our McKinleyville,ca. Store are not even carried by this location although your website states otherwise. I have wasted my time and fuel too many times to waste any more of my time and money only to be fooled by your in stock lies.According to public utilities commission laws you are in violation of several laws not limited to sales of cell phone airtime display requirements but also are violating false advertising laws as well.

Having to get my prescriptions here is an exhausting, soul-crushing experience. The lines are so long, I, as a disabled person, have physically been unable to get through the line to get my medications, so they put my medications back on the shelf. God help you if you have a problem and need to talk to someone, because they also literally don’t answer the phone. You’ll just wait on hold for hours until you’re disconnected. The prospect of having to go there to try to get my medications has me literally in tears, it’s such a miserable experience. I don’t really blame the employees. There’s obviously serious problems with the way everything is run. They are probably miserable working there too.

I HATE complaining i know they are busy but every single time I've had to call I've been on hold a minimum of 30 minutes. They need to figure something out horrible organization. There's also no notification when prescription is ready so you kinda have to call to find out status. They are friendly and nice and helpful in person but there is no such thing as saving time or a trip with a phone call for a very simple question like "is my prescription ready?" Once I'm established better (was a Cloneys client) I know I can use automated to figure out status but until then it's been a nightmare making this transitikn

I have never received this type of customer service before. BAD! The manager of this store needs to figure a way to help the pharmacy staff. I have been on hold for over THREE hours. The front store staff would not help me either and just sends my call to hold for even more time. I am a Cloney’s customer who is new to CVS after their closure. The difference in the quality of service between the two stores is night and day. This pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. Their app doesn't update either so it is difficult to know when your meds are even ready. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS.

Don’t count on this pharmacy. I have wasted nearly an hour making appointments for vaccines and Covid testing, and then arrived to find a handmade sign declaring those services are not available. All appointments – four in total – were confirmed by texts and emails. Avoid this place. Do not trust them. Do not waste your time here.

This is specifically a review of CVS phone system. Today is the 2nd time I've tried to call the pharmacy and been put on an endless loop of being on hold. The first time (well over a yr ago) I was on hold for an hr, and finally hung up. When I went into the store and told the pharmacy staff my experience, they said the system puts callers on hold even if no one is in the pharmacy (e.g. they're all at lunch), and there's nothing they can do about it. Their "solution" was to tell me not to stay on hold longer than 15 minutes. Today I was on hold (different time of day than the first time) for 1/2 hr before I hung up, then called again and was on hold 1/2 hr before I gave up. This system is TERRIBLE and apparently (based on the lack of difference from more than a yr ago) there is no interest from within to get changes made.

Waited on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour to get a prescription refilled. Was unable to use the automated system because they incorrectly inputed the dosage to the system so it wasn't eligible for a refill. I eventually hung up and called rite aid. They answered the phone, retrieved my prescription form my doctor and filled it. CVS sucks!
