I was traveling when suddenly my battery light came on in my toyota camry, I pulled into Autozone and Samuel helped me diagnose my vehicle. Turns out my alternator went bad. I purchased a new alternator and borrowed a belt tensioner tool to complete the job. During the entire process, Samuel and Bill went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. Ended up finishing the job in about an hour and I was back on the road. Without the guidance and help from Samuel and Bill, I would have been stranded and needed to have been towed to a shop. Huge thank you to the team at Autozone store 3299 in Jeanette, PA!

I arrived at Auto Zone in emotional distress due to my engine overheating halfway through my hour drive home from a 12 hour long nightshift. Bill Mason was extremely helpful. He just handled it. He approached my problem with professional competence. Bill went above and beyond.
