All though dressing rooms were available for useage, I got no assistance or help during my shopping experience.. and when shopping for underthings, I HAVE to HAVE WHITE & cotton. I have a medical condition that DOESNT allow me to wear COLOR OF ANY KIND.. Trying to find WHITE & COTTON WITH MINIMAL LACE & other decorative embellishments, NOT in my choosing!! Will NOT ever go back to Macy's..

I looked online for a big and tall shop. Macys says they have a big and tall clothes online at there Dayton and Fairfield mall locations. I went to the Dayton mall and is no big and tall. The lady Said they have one in Fairfield commons. That's 20 plus miles away. I went there and was told they don't have big and tall there but they do in Dayton. People, this is a BAIT AND SWITCH. ILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO TO MACYS AGAIN. Go to Dillard's in Richmond Indiana, which is the place for men's and women's clothes. I feel much better now after wasting a day with Macy's

Ya know I love Macys! This store has a lady cleaning the doors rails of the escalator etc.Thank You. However she was the only person working in the store. If your looking for help dont hold your breath. I took a sweater to a lady down stairs to see if there were more. That particular sweater was ruined stupidity of a theft attempt anyway she thought her conversation with a co worker was more important. Hey there hiring seasonal they seriously need help good luck

Not as great of an experience as shopping online, but as good as it gets when considering that its a physical store. The fitting rooms are a bit dingy, but tolerable. The staff are helpful and the clearance/sale section is always fun to browse. Macy's at this location now carries Vera Bradley products too! Overall, shopping here is a pleasant experience.
