Purchased tires here and had 1 rotation so far. Every time I come here there is a minimum 20 min wait in line. My 'walk-in' rotation was quoted at 60-90 minutes and ended up being 3 hours. This would be okay for a jiffy lube but not a member center.

The tire tech recommended me the wrong size tires for the rear of my car. My car has a staggered tire setup (smaller width in the front and larger in the back) and the technician said “you could put the smaller size on the back too because it’ll save you money.” These tire techs are not trained properly as that is unsafe advice. Didn’t buy here.

I was not having a great day and I just really appreciated Blake’s kindness today in helping me get my tires figured out. I needed to buy 4 new tires for our car and he was really patient with my lack of knowledge and questions and genuine in his recommendations. Went the extra mile. Good service

I had scheduled an appointment for my new tires, but decided to walk-in a week before that appointment because a snowstorm was coming through and it worried me with my old tires. They got me in, put on my new tires, and called me within an hour. (Not what I expected that with a walk-in.) The people helping me were friendly and helpful.

Had a flat on a holiday where many other tire places were closed. Great customer service from the team being able to squeeze me in as I had no appointment and they patched my tire right up.

TLDR; They did not contact me when the service was done, ended up waiting an extra 90 minutes for nothing. Oh boy is there room for improvement. I called the day before to set an appointment for the next day. I arrived the next day for them to claim there was no appointment set. They happened to have an opening, so they checked me in anyway. I provided my phone number and they said they'd contact me when the job was done, with an estimate around an hour. No problem, I'll just wait in the food court. Two hours later, no response. After waiting at an empty counter for another twenty minutes, someone arrived at the desk with the completed service, and told me to go to the tire parking to pick up my vehicle. Only after waiting again and asking another employee can I finally get my keys back. I get my paperwork back and lo and behold the job was done just under an hour. I had waited an extra hour and a half for NOTHING! Not a single notification or call or text letting me know it was done. The service itself was fine, but for what? Why did I give my phone number if y'all aren't going to use it??

I special ordered tires that were supposed to arrive within a week. After they arrived, I was notified and came in to get them put on my vehicle. After waiting more than 30 min the technician told me that he could not find them and we would have to make another order. Once they finally came in and were installed they left tire sealant all over the tires, SERIOUSLY ALL OVER and a little on the wheels. I asked a technician about this and they told me to go pressure wash it off somewhere and that it would come off easy. It did not come off easy at all!! Super dissatisfied with my experience.

Worst tire buying experience of my life. I had to get a couple of tires on my car on very short notice. First they tell me that because of safety they won't sell me just two tires; all the tires are required to have the same tread pattern when leaving the shop. My back's against the wall, so I got stiffed for $250. Then after completing the job I got a lecture about how all 20 wheel studs have to be replaced because they've all suddenly, magically gone bad all at the same time, and I should be grateful they've worked extra hard to get it back together, because it was "so bad" they almost weren't going to release my car to me, and by the way they won't be working on my car again until all the studs get replaced. But come back in two weeks for a free retorque. Don't worry, Costco is never going to work on another car of mine ever again. I've been fixing aircraft and rebuilding car engines since before you were born, and I know when I'm being ripped off.

Costco may have decent prices on tires compared to some other places but the Orem Costco tire center has the worst service. The first time I went in for a tire repair they told me 2 hours. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I called because I didn’t hear back from them. They said they just barely pulled our car in to look at it and weren’t done for another half an hour, By this point I was late picking my daughter up from school. Second time I brought my car in for a different repair. Again told me it could be 2-3 hours and this time it was double that so I had to have my husband get the car, and again never got a call from them when they were finished so I had to call them multiple times to figure it out.and we picked up the truck and they didn’t tell my husband anything. Well they didn’t repair the tire at all. The next day it went flat again and was told they would put us as a priority and get it done because they should’ve fixed it so we went back and again wait time was way way longer than what we were told. And after 3 hours we called 10 min before they closed cuz they didn’t contacts us “again...” and told that our rim was bent so their is nothing they can do but put the spare on. Which I’m sure is because the tire was to low to drive on because they failed to fix it the first time and comunicate with us. I honestly like Costco tires but this location I’ve had a bad experience every time.

Bought tires from them a couple of times. At least one of them send to have a slow leak, but they've filled it up quickly without an appointment. And since we've brought it in a number of times recently they're now looking into fixing it under their flat tire repair warranty. Easy to work with and friendly people.
