I have come to this location multiple times and I always leave more than satisfied! They are always so quick to have my car ready and have wonderful staff. I came into Big O with a nail in my tire. Danny McGraw and his staff were amazing. BUT there was a big problem. This was my first Porsche and no one at the dealership bothered to tell me that I required a special took to remove the flat tire. There was no such special tool in my car!! . Big O pumped air into my tire so I could get to the Porsche dealership 25 miles away….. I had no alternative! When I arrived I was told that Porsche do not repair their own tires nor do they give you a warranty. What if I were stranded in the middle of no where? They provided the special lugs and still with the nail in my tire they told me sorrry. Now in rush hour traffic, with the nail still in my tire, I headed to BIG O where I knew they cared about their customers. Thank you Danny and staff.

I showed up to get my Toyota Tacoma emissions tested and registration done. I walked out of the store 11 minutes after I got there with everything completed. Geeez, I thought Jimmy John’s was fast. Danny was fantastic.

Normally I would avoid a Big-O because of the one in my home town being such a junk show. When my trailer light was not working and I could not get the rusted parts off I was stuck. A trailer repair shop could not fit me in for a few days, so suggested these guys. They squeezed me in and had me in and out fast, at a reasonable price. They even went back to fix my repair from the previous night to include water proof connectors. Top notch experience. Thanks guys.
