Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location I was literally at home all day waiting for the package you said was coming early. Never even made an attempt to make contact or offer directions on how to proceed. When I called, no one picked up the phone. This is just very poor service. Monday is also a holiday and now I have to miss the first part of my work shift Tuesday to come get what you should have easily been able to deliver. Thanks for nothing. ~Cody

This is just a USPS CONTRACT UNIT on UVU campus, so it doesn't have the full services of a regular post office, but for your basic post office needs like shipping packages and buying stamps its great! A lot quieter than the regular post office locations. Especially around the Holidays! Parking Garage located in the next building for convenient access as well. ~Clark

The miracle and wonder of modern transportation and cargo shipment aside, I can't help but be really sad and disappointed in my recent experience with UPS. I ordered my package two weeks ago, and was informed that after my package had arrived at its destination it was then sent off someplace in Colorado instead. At this point I'm I bit worried that it will not arrive in one piece. The customer service rep was as helpful as she could be, which I greatly appreciate. The marvel of modern transportation is a blessing. But the circumstances of weather, politics, road conditions, Etc., all combine to create issues and Hazards, making this a pretty frustrating experience unfortunately. ~Marshall

Ricky and his team(he brought 2 guys with him) were amazing. They arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and were fast, efficient, and careful. They moved our entire 2bd, 3rd floor apartment to another apartment 15mins away in 2 1/2hrs. The cost was also easier on my wallet than other movers that I got quotes from. They were awesome to work with. ~Amanda

TLDR; They did not contact me when the service was done, ended up waiting an extra 90 minutes for nothing. Oh boy is there room for improvement. I called the day before to set an appointment for the next day. I arrived the next day for them to claim there was no appointment set. They happened to have an opening, so they checked me in anyway. I provided my phone number and they said they'd contact me when the job was done, with an estimate around an hour. No problem, I'll just wait in the food court. Two hours later, no response. After waiting at an empty counter for another twenty minutes, someone arrived at the desk with the completed service, and told me to go to the tire parking to pick up my vehicle. Only after waiting again and asking another employee can I finally get my keys back. I get my paperwork back and lo and behold the job was done just under an hour. I had waited an extra hour and a half for NOTHING! Not a single notification or call or text letting me know it was done. The service itself was fine, but for what? Why did I give my phone number if y'all aren't going to use it?? ~Andrew

I took a vehicle in for service and immediately noticed leaking. I assumed at first it was drain oil trapped on the skid plate so I monitored it for a few days and returned it to the business. It was recommended by Jiffy Lube that I take it to a mechanic. The engine has quite a bit of build up from previous leakage but has never left a drop on my driveway, aside from a few drops of drain oil trapped on the skid plate when serviced. After 3 days parked over a weekend, I have a swath of oil six feet long and two feet wide, ran across the driveway. If there were a zero star option, this shop would get it. I am very happy I went with Ogden’s flooring. They have the best prices we could find in the valley, and they offered free install with the carpet we purchased.
