TLDR; They did not contact me when the service was done, ended up waiting an extra 90 minutes for nothing.
Oh boy is there room for improvement. I called the day before to set an appointment for the next day. I arrived the next day for them to claim there was no appointment set. They happened to have an opening, so they checked me in anyway. I provided my phone number and they said they'd contact me when the job was done, with an estimate around an hour. No problem, I'll just wait in the food court.
Two hours later, no response. After waiting at an empty counter for another twenty minutes, someone arrived at the desk with the completed service, and told me to go to the tire parking to pick up my vehicle. Only after waiting again and asking another employee can I finally get my keys back. I get my paperwork back and lo and behold the job was done just under an hour. I had waited an extra hour and a half for NOTHING! Not a single notification or call or text letting me know it was done.
The service itself was fine, but for what? Why did I give my phone number if y'all aren't going to use it?? ~Andrew
