Contract Postal Unit of the United States Postal Service at Utah Valley University. Located on the 2nd floor of the Sorenson Student Center. We are essentially a satellite to the Mountain Shadows Post Office. Mail goes out at 2:45pm from our mail pick up. Parking is located in the Parking Garage across from the Orem Institute. $1/hr parking. Weekends and after 5pm on weekdays are free in L13 (https://uvu.edu/parking/images/uvu_parking_map.jpg)

Delivery man doesn’t try to even knock on our door & goes to our townhome mailbox leaving a note saying reciepent unviable to sign lol 😂 must not care to even try.

This is just a USPS CONTRACT UNIT on UVU campus, so it doesn't have the full services of a regular post office, but for your basic post office needs like shipping packages and buying stamps its great! A lot quieter than the regular post office locations. Especially around the Holidays! Parking Garage located in the next building for convenient access as well.

Just got off the phone with someone here. I had a simple question about how late they send out the mail and I was treated very poorly. He answered me in a derogatory way, and never even gave me a straight answer for the latest time they send out mail during the day.

This place is trash. Never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never come back to the phone.

This is a great post office and has anything you might need. The employees have all been very friendly and helpful for being local student employees. But the location is pretty small. 8/10 would definitely mail here again

I had a package that was mislabeled and so they were going to return it so I called at 5:27 before they closed and they didn't answer. So I called again at 5:28 and still no answer and then again at 5:29 and the same. Seems like they were eager to leave rather than help someone who needed to make sure their stuff didn't get returned.
