UPS failed to properly change my address to my new business location for pick up. It has been 3 WEEKS WITH ONLY 1 PICK UP!!?? Nobody can do business this way. They told me to drop off then hung up and won’t answer my calls. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. What a joke. You have lost my business and my respect.

I am at home waiting for my medications to be delivered when I get a message that they attempted delivery. I am sitting here watching the front of my house and there was no delivery attempt. I then attempted to reach them by phone so I could go get medications myself and that proved impossible to communicate with the computer. Terrible service.

Never going to a different UPS store again. Was at the Springville location, waited in a line for 20 minutes, then was told my account wasn’t active and had to come to the Customer Center. The fantastic humans at the customer center were very competent, confirmed the account was fine and took care of my order to Canada. Best part was there was no line or wait. Hats off to this location that makes UPS look good.

Came to this customer center today because I put wrong address on it and wasn't be able to change to correct one online. Ms Delores and UPS driver Harris did fantastic jobs help me get my package just within an hour and help me loaded into my car, they're the nicest person I have met in a while, 10 stars if I could.

The miracle and wonder of modern transportation and cargo shipment aside, I can't help but be really sad and disappointed in my recent experience with UPS. I ordered my package two weeks ago, and was informed that after my package had arrived at its destination it was then sent off someplace in Colorado instead. At this point I'm I bit worried that it will not arrive in one piece. The customer service rep was as helpful as she could be, which I greatly appreciate. The marvel of modern transportation is a blessing. But the circumstances of weather, politics, road conditions, Etc., all combine to create issues and Hazards, making this a pretty frustrating experience unfortunately.

Delores went over and beyond to help solve my problem and get my package back on track. Delores was so kind and helpful. Best Customer service ever. Even during the rush of Christmas coming she took extra time to make sure I got my package so there will be happy faces at my house.

My package was addressed with the wrong zip code and was labeled as deliverable. Delores was an Angel and spent hours tracking down my package and getting it relabeled with the correct zip code so it could be delivered. She called me back several times and worked hours after her shift to make sure I could get my package. I have never had better customer service.

I am really frustrated with UPS. There is no customer service line for reviews on drivers or anywhere I can give feedback, so here I am. They were trying to deliver something that required a signature. Two days in a row, they barely missed us being home. My husband and I both work, and they were coming during the day. On the third day, we knew it was a final attempt, and it said they would deliver the package between 2:45 and 5:45. My husband got off work early to be home at 2:45. He got home, and they had come 10 minutes before, at 2:35. Before their window. He then got an email saying they returned the package. A package he had already been waiting 2 weeks to receive. UPS needs to fix this problem. We never got a call. We didn’t have an option to change how we received our package. And most importantly, they didn’t come during the window they said they would, and they still returned the package. We now have to work through the company to return the package and reorder the package. We have requested they do not ship the package through UPS this time. Because clearly, the UPS driver cannot read a clock.

Yeeeess. Finally a shipping center that actually is happy you came in. The ladies rock this place and are super helpful. Very pleasant and answered my questions. Set up a ups account for easy shipping next time I have a package to send. Can’t say enough. They deserve a raise
