I’ve always had a positive experience with the team here. But the place in general is hard to deal with. Lines always long. FedEx will tape off my box and print out my label. These guys won’t.

had 17 prepaid enveloped to mail out. Lady says she can only scan two. I go through the line 3 times another lady comes out tells me she can scan four at a time. I received everything back in the mail saying my labels were made wrong. I go to another usps and i don't have a single problem. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS they lie through their teeth and because you point out how crooked they are, they intentionally get back at you by making sure if your packages aren't perfect ,to screw you over and return all of them. If you have depression, these hags will make you kys. Stay away!

Showed up at right at 6 and just got impolitely told they are closed without any sort of offering as to when to come back or another place that could help me. This is my 3rd usps store that I have been to today and been unable to ship my package. Never using usps to ship again.

This last week the post office went above and beyond for me with calling and double checking they had the right tracking number with a package that was getting shipped to the wrong address and then when they received it they called me and told me they got it and would make sure it got to the right address and then double checked that the address they were bringing it to was right and got me my package it might’ve been something small but it saved me $120 and A LOT OF HASSLE they were super friendly on the phone to me and I was very pleased with this interaction.

Wanted to call to talk to a representative and it had this extremely long list of options. All i needed was to talk to a representative and the automated service dragged on and on and it was irritating.

The postwoman who works here is completely incompetent at her job. We literally avoid this post office in order to get things done quickly and effectively because she would rather waste our time nitpicking then way we package things than do her actual job and help us get packages shipped. She refuses packages over the dumbest things, and I’m trying to run my own business. I’m so over it.

Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location I was literally at home all day waiting for the package you said was coming early. Never even made an attempt to make contact or offer directions on how to proceed. When I called, no one picked up the phone. This is just very poor service. Monday is also a holiday and now I have to miss the first part of my work shift Tuesday to come get what you should have easily been able to deliver. Thanks for nothing.

Drove all the way into town to simply mail a prepaid package, waited in a 2 person line for over 20 minutes with 3 people working, only to get turned away because they refused to tape my box. A post office, that doesn’t provide packaging tape………… riddle me that. It’s almost comical. And the relay of that silly information was from some of the most snarky customer service I’ve experienced which I don’t appreciate. Not to mention she had two full packaging tapes right on the counter. Anyways, I’m on my way to go write 5 star reviews for UPS and FedEx since I’ve never in my life had this problem with them. Thank goodness any business that’s not government ran can happily provide packaging tape. After all, they are LITERAL mailing facilities.

i called many times after realizing that my unit number wasn’t included in my shipping address, they told me to keep track of it and wait until it gets to orem post office and call to give an apt #. when it finally arrived at the orem post office i called and gave them my unit number. she then let me know that she would take it down and give it to the carriers. i did not receive any update so i called again, had to call 9 times before they picked up just to tell me it was sent back to sender and there was nothing they could do. worst experience ever.
