I have shipped hundreds of packages from this location for work. Really nice people in general. You get a bad egg on occasion but for the most part I’ve really been impressed. Today the clerk was especially outgoing and genuine. In general, Fedex is far from perfect but today the fellow who helped me was just that!

An absolute nightmare. Paid for express shipping, and ended up having to call customer support 5 different times after my delivery was delayed 3 days in a row due to the driver not being able to enter the building even though the building is unlocked the whole day. Each time I spoke with them they gave me a status update which I could clearly see myself. Spent 3 days sitting around waiting to sign for a package and not a single person knocked on my door. A woman from the local facility even called me and was asking for directions to the apartment building and how to get in. Is this not their only responsibility? So many deliveries have been made here I should not have to walk them through it step by step. Unreal. Ultimately I have to go pick up the package myself from the facility. Horrible service.

Updated review: They weren't able to deliver our package the first day, which I am not sure what happened as we were home and a signature was required. But the next day the driver was really nice and apologetic. He felt really bad. He was the driver yesterday as well. I could tell he was really busy and stressed, so I don't blame him for missing us yesterday. I can understand that sometimes the job can be stressful. Hopefully things can get better overall. I am glad it all worked out in the end.

I went into the FedEx Ship Center today and I wish I could leave 10 stars for Pam and Julie. My shipment included perishables and dry ice. I wasn't sure exactly what to do. These ladies saved my afternoon and my wallet by helping me find the best and most affordable way to ship. They went beyond the extra mile for me. If you want poor customer service and a bad attitude come here and ask for Bob! If you want your package done correctly go to UPS. I had a package held that was already delayed so that I could pick up, he informed me they don’t have the staff to sort it and after I had submitted the unchangeable request it could take an additional days for them to locate the package. FedEx customer support is absolutely worthless your call goes to a 3rd world country.
