Kudos for the excellent 5 star service from this location's bakery dept. this afternoon. An experience only marred by two cashiers (one possibly a sup) at the "express" lane who must've taken over 15 minutes to enter a lone coupon for a shopper who didn't appear to even have groceries (go figure). And neither of whom bothered to acknowledge my waiting there, offered to take me to another register, or even looked up.

I went to grab a few snacks and the check out clerk was smiling and very well mannered. I would definitely like to be in his line again

Great space to park your bike. All the employees smiling and very helpful. Was able to get the groceries I needed and then rent a couple of movies for the night at the Redbox in the entrance

Easy to get in and out. Shelves are better stocked but many items are still missing. Prices are reasonable. Fruit and vegetables are very well stocked

While going through the store shopping is good. Nice staff on the floor and behind the different departments. Now when I get to the cashiers staff, I just don't know. I'm more satisfied shopping though the store then checking out.

Clean store and great selection of products. Customer service needs to be addressed with younger cashiers. Acknowledging the customer instead of talking with each other should be required.

I love this store! Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense and easy to find. The fish is fresh and the employees behind the counter are knowledgeable. I don't understand how the lines are always long.

We were exhausted from an earlier road trip, so we decided to give the curbside pick-up option a try. First time using this service. We ordered a dozen everyday items. We received several texts from the store, reading, "we do not have this, would you care to substitute with something else". Or something else along those lines. We said no to most offers to substitute, as the product offered as a substitute was more than TWICE the price of our original request. Except for a can of tomato sauce. When I arrived at Rouses on Carrollton, I realized I had forgotten to add bread. So, before alerting Rouse that I had arrived, and was ready for their pick-up service, I parked on the side, went in Rouses, and bought a loaf. Then, I decided to see if I could find suitable substitutes for the other items that Rouses claimed it did not have. Not only did I find ample supplies of the items we ordered originally, I found similarly priced substitutes! My only conclusion was either Rouses sought to overcharge me, or the in-store shopper was too lazy to look for a similar, comparably priced item. Truly disappointed.
