Tried this place for the first time, below average eyebrow wax , I was intending to go back for a mani pedi , it s not gonna happen, no wonder they were slow and begging me to do a mani pedi, luckily I didn’t have time. To top it off they overcharged my debit card, good thing I caught it and disputed the $100 overcharge! Like they couldn’t tell from auditing their sales that an eyebrow wax is not $120 ! Nice try stealing that money and if it s an honest mistake be careful next time with people s funds. Excellent job at loosing a first time customer coz that is for sure my last time. Definitely won’t recommend. Service: Waxing

I've been coming here for more than two years, and I've never been disappointed. Sometimes they can be very busy, and don't have the staff for it, but they still try to compensate you with the work. Christine is the best one I've ever got. Also, they have really good prices. Everything clean, and nice staff. Pedicure totally recommend!

We came here because our usual place wasn’t attentive at the moment and kelly was the only person that was attentive to us, she was tryna start conversation and thanked us for waiting, The poor girl was running around from customer to customer and did BOTH my friend and I toes. As for the other women who told us to sit on the right the moved on to the left once we where already comfortable, then started on my toes and left with the water running all because a customer she knew walked in, terrible customer service other then the customer service, the salon isn’t up to date, there seats aren’t tall girl/guy friendly and their tools don’t look brand new out of a little bag so it sounds like an infection waiting to happen, the prices are definitely expensive for what the place looks like l, needless to say if i ever HAVE to come back i will ask for kelly. I sat for five hours to get a simple dip/gel manicure and after all that time, the color was wrong and so was the shape. I had to go back the next day and spent another two hours to get them fixed, only to encounter a Rude technician who not only burnt my cuticles but thought it was OK to smack my hands. These people are not professional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I wasn’t too happy how my nails came out. Too thick. Too square. The color wasn’t the same as the picture. I told the guy coffin and still came out semi square. One of my nails came out crooked. They couldn’t do the design I wanted. It was the only nail salon close to me. I’ll continue to look. The staff is super nice tho.

This is a very new, clean awesome salon. Jessi was awesome, professional and very skilled at her kraft. My mother and I both had pedicures which were hands down the best we’ve ever had. She really takes pride in giving an outstanding pedicure. She is a very gentle and caring person. She also did an fill and gel polish fixing some problems from another salon. Everyone seemed very happy to be there and greeted us upon arrival. Their massage chairs are the most comfortable and give the best massage I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Jessi. She goes above and beyond anyone I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed in her or the salon! The best ever! Me and my mom came for a relaxing bonding time and we were not serviced for an entire hour. They sat us in the chair and ignored us and then came to turn on the water and left again. Thank god for Christine and Neicys who were so kind and thoughtful and gave us the most amazing pedicure. I really appreciated their service and hard work and it redeemed what turned out to be a 3 hour long experience. I think management could really step up but there are some great hardworking women that will spend time and care on you! Next time you go ask for Christine or Neclys. Service: Pedicure

The quality of the nail paint is not good. Only last for two days also they are too pushy insisting on getting gel nail paint color, and when you decline to the gel, then they charge you for taking out the old gel, even though they were the one who did the job in the first place. Very nice people. Gel pedicure was fine. No price list in sight, I have no idea how much each service cost. My cuticles are sore after over filed with a machine. I asked them to leave my nails different length because 2 nails were recovering and I like my natural nails to grow. The first lady cut off all my cuticles which wasn't horrible. I was transfered to a man who did my sns and was also told to leave the length alone but he didn't. He did an interesting job. I've never had sns before and when he was done, I saw that sns is not for me. I'm not a fan plus my nails were all filed to stubs and it wasn't done nicely. After i paid i asked if i could come back the next day to remove it, he said sure. I'm ok with paying and tipping for things i don't like. I like trying things. Another woman offered to help and my nails were filled again with the drill. The nails look so much better but i don't like it. Also, my skin around my nails are peeling and irritated. They did try though. My sisters nails came out ok. Also note if you are a walk-in doing 2 services you will wait after the 1st one if a person with an appointment comes in expect to wait.
