Awful customer service. Have a simple repair. Told me to come back after 630 pm on saturday.. cannot repair till Monday, said everyone is booked sunday. Last week they didnt take appointments on sunday. Just lost a regular customer due to incompetence. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

They were quick to take me back and hide a wide array of colors to choose from, but those are the only pros that I would give this place. The nail tech was overly aggressive with my feet and now I have pain among my big toes due to over cutting on sides. The manicurist did not do a massage on my hands and almost painted them the wrong color despite me choosing a matching gel/regular combo. It’s right by my apartment so it’s a bummer I didn’t love it - but idk that I would even return. Very average.

I walked in and they were not too busy so I was able to get a manicure and Venetian pedicure. I was happy I got two colors for my feet and my hands and the lady that took care of me was awesome. I appreciate her taking the time to do my feet as it was a spa treatment and do my nails as well. I appreciate everyone there and I will be back again.

I used to think Venetian was expensive, but after having NexGen nails pop off consistently, I returned and had the pleasure of having my nails done by Frank. I like a specific style, and he is creative, fun, and artistic. The shop is clean and I really enjoy it! Service: Dip powder

I got the paraffin pedicure. Not only are the prices amazing but Lisa gave me the best pedicure of my life. She cut my cuticles and even though she was super busy and had people waiting on her she did a great job. After a long year of budgeting my expenses I had decided to cut out pedicures, after coming to Lisa I think I am going to have to figure it out.

This is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The guy was in such a rush I didn't get to relax and enjoy at all. The nails on my left foot look completely different than the right foot. I'll probably never come back here again. Service: Pedicure

Very upset. Paid 85$ for nails and toes Saturday. My nail chipped in half and broke, came to get it fixed told me it was almost an hour wait, so I asked her to make me an appointment for tomorrow, she said no appointment for one nail. So I spend all this money at this place every 3 weeks and can’t even get it fixed in a timely manner. Service: Dip powder

The absolute WORST pedicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. Nails were cut uneven, polish was not covering my nails but covering my skin. The ONLY reason I went here is because I was given a gift card. I will NEVER go back again. Terrible value and completely over priced. Do not waste your time or your money.
