I want to give a 5 star to employee Megan at the Tiffany Springs location. She greeted us with a smile and cheery attitude as soon as we walked in the door. She found one of our items for us while we were looking at something else. She answered any questions we had openly and honestly. We feel she is a definite asset to your company and really appreciated her.

I needed to get a new iPhone SE case and the protective glass. Chris at the Geek Squad helped me and I was quite impressed with this young man. He cleaned my phone, walked over to try and find the protective glass and looked up if the Defender case would work on my charging pad (it wouldn’t). He saved me some problems there and just was generally very helpful and a great face of Beat Buy and the Geek Squad. I replaced my old Otterbox Symmetry case and then went to another store to look for the glass because they were temporarily out of the SE glass. Again, I was very impressed with Chris and his customer service.

Online order was perfectly fine. Ordered what i wanted and shortly after got a Mail that i can pick it up. Wait at the pick up/checkout was a bit long at first due to only one employee there who was busy with a customer but others showed up and tried to help asap.

Geek squad saved me three times. Make an appointment online. U don't wait long. Everyone I encountered was helpful. My computer was hacked and they checked it out and I got it back in three days!

Went into buy some new bluetooth earbuds, realized quickly that I was lost in this new to me Best Buy. I hadn't had a chance to even get frustrated or wander around before somebody came and asked if they could help, took me to the display of Bluetooth earbuds, and left me to pick my own. I don't know why but it took me a couple minutes and the guy came back and showed me the ones that were The replacements for the ones that I had just lost, and explained that they had changed their basic color. Basically the same price as the last set, and I love these earbuds they're jlab earbuds and as far as I can tell, without advertising it. These things are waterproof at least in the shower in the rain if I drop it in the tub while it's full of water the earbuds just continue to work as soon as I check them out. Really happy with the earbuds and really pleased that Best buy is keeping an assortment of those things on display to buy. And I was really happy that the the random guy from the shop that got me over there knew enough to guide me to my earbud preference.

I would not recommend this location unless you know what you want and have purchased it online first. Their inventory numbers are always wrong, their staff is rude and most of their staff has NO knowledge about product functionality and operation. If you try to ask a question, the unpleasant situation becomes intolerable. This goes for the TV, Computer, Car Audio and now Cell Phone departments and staff. Do not expect to get someone on the phone at this location if you have questions about product functionality or availability. If they have something in stock, make sure they actually pull it off the shelf because their inventory numbers are always wrong and they could care less. If you get someone on the phone, it's typically from the national call center. You might as well hang up because if you call back and ask a different person the same question, you will get a completely different answer each time. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for 30+ years. I will avoid the Tiffany Springs Best Buy and drive 20 to 40+ minutes to the Best Buy in Liberty or Micro Center in Overland Park. Hopefully their corporate management will see this and their customer service will improve like it was when they were located at 169 and Barry Rd.

I began installing my own car radios because the staff who work at the install section are rude. Yesterday I went to buy a radio harness and the jackass said I only had 1 minute to talk to him. He had the radio in the shop so loud he couldn’t hear me. I walked away. My solution now is to buy radio harnesses from Amazon. They only help you if you want to buy a phone, then there are 5-8 people ready to help. What a joke that place has become.

Ordered a BT speaker online. Said it was in stock and I could pick up in an hour. Got there an hour later about to walk in the door and got an email stating it was out of stock. Wasted trip. Go inside to 'customer service ' and the teenager at the desk just shrugged her shoulders at my inconvenience. Couldn't answer why the order went through if it wasn't in stock. Not even an apology. This keeps up and BB won't have brick and mortar stores much longer. I drove down the street to Verizon and got same speaker for same price.
