Best electronics store in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

We used to have a ton of fun in this place. Then you hire a security lady who follows us around and if my six yr old son don't sit flat in the cart( where he can't see and point at what he wants) she will make us leave the store. Never felt more harassed at a store I and my family go to once or twice a week. We will find another store to spend our time and money in. Yes we left immediately and told the gentleman up front. ~Lacey

PLEASE... DO BETTER. How long has it been since someone checked the facilities? A pretty long time I would guess, since another customer had to resort to using paper towels for toilet paper. I had to find toilet paper myself to use. ~Patrick

I would not recommend this location unless you know what you want and have purchased it online first. Their inventory numbers are always wrong, their staff is rude and most of their staff has NO knowledge about product functionality and operation. If you try to ask a question, the unpleasant situation becomes intolerable. This goes for the TV, Computer, Car Audio and now Cell Phone departments and staff. Do not expect to get someone on the phone at this location if you have questions about product functionality or availability. If they have something in stock, make sure they actually pull it off the shelf because their inventory numbers are always wrong and they could care less. If you get someone on the phone, it's typically from the national call center. You might as well hang up because if you call back and ask a different person the same question, you will get a completely different answer each time. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for 30+ years. I will avoid the Tiffany Springs Best Buy and drive 20 to 40+ minutes to the Best Buy in Liberty or Micro Center in Overland Park. Hopefully their corporate management will see this and their customer service will improve like it was when they were located at 169 and Barry Rd. ~Shane

We have been with Verizon since August of 2003 and this Verizon store has superior customer service over any other Verizon store we have ever been in! We travel the extra distance to come here. We have been working with Eric for the past week. We originally came in to purchase new phones.We kept him after hours twice and he even came in on a day off to assist us. We appreciate the personal, in person customer service. Keep up the good work. You definitely have our business. ~Margaret
