Best clothing store in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

We used to have a ton of fun in this place. Then you hire a security lady who follows us around and if my six yr old son don't sit flat in the cart( where he can't see and point at what he wants) she will make us leave the store. Never felt more harassed at a store I and my family go to once or twice a week. We will find another store to spend our time and money in. Yes we left immediately and told the gentleman up front. ~Lacey

Could it get any worse? Refrigerators often run too warm, and Health Dept. has to cite them repeatedly. I have bought milk there several times and had to pour it down the drain, though the expiration date said it was good for 10 more days. Even though their credit card machine asks you if you want cash back---they won't give it to you, pretending they don't have it---which is a big fat lie. Suggest they change their machine so that it reflects their "inability" to issue cash---they whine that it "can't be done". Their website says they are open until 9PM, but they close whenever they feel like it. When you suggest they change their website to reflect their true hours, they blame corporate, and say it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to do so. Suggest they call corporate and ask---they begin to insult you and call you names. Of course, they all wore chin diapers during pandemic, and will tell you that "my supervisor says it's OK". I won't even go into the appearance of the store itself. Enter at your own risk. ~Vicki

Being new to the "Scrub Life", I had no clue there were so many options, choices etc etc. The ladies at Scrub Hub in Liberty MO should be given an award! Not only were they some of the SWEETEST women I have ever met, but also 2 of the most helpful, positive, informative and polite sales associates I have ever delt with. I truly appreciated them making my shopping experience a GREAT one. Would recommend to all 😊 ~Rebecca
