Being new to the "Scrub Life", I had no clue there were so many options, choices etc etc. The ladies at Scrub Hub in Liberty MO should be given an award! Not only were they some of the SWEETEST women I have ever met, but also 2 of the most helpful, positive, informative and polite sales associates I have ever delt with. I truly appreciated them making my shopping experience a GREAT one. Would recommend to all 😊

Every employee I’ve talked to here is so nice! They didn’t have my size in stock of some joggers, so they ordered it for me and it was ready to pick up really quickly. Love this place!

I went in on Thursday and bought two scrub outfits The dark-haired woman working that day told me 'if for some reason they didn't work out, just bring them back as long as they still had tags." That's what did. After losing my job just two days later I went in to returnthe one set I had not worn and still worhad antags. The woman working was unwilling to help me and refused to give me my money back. She offered for in-store credit. Well gee thanks lady, that's really helpful to me at this point. You would think after losing my job she would be a little empathetic. I had no choice I threw my scrubs on the counter and told her just donate my money to the next person who comes in. I hope somebody actually sees that donation

Not helpful tonight, even when asked a question. No greeting when I walked in. Didn't understand "Are there any other styles of tops to go with these pants"? 3 times... in 3 different ways.

My problem wasn't that they didn't have my size in stock or that the prices were outrageous. I know xs petite's aren't always in stock and that scrubs are pricey. My number one issue was the customer service or rather the lack thereof. The younger girl was rude and snippy with not only me but other customers as well. I don't have this problem with the location on boardwalk. I won't be buying my scrubs at this location again..
