Extremely Rude Employee. If you don’t buy from them, even if they have nothing you need, they are very hateful as you leave.

The people are very welcoming but when my wife was looking for a stethoscope that she needed the lady acted very rude and condescending. Either way we tried to support a small business but this business didn't need our money obviously so we just bought it cheaper on line by $30. And same quality and better selection online. It is of my personal opinion that these people need to take a lesson on retail and personal relations.

We went in and everything was going well up until checkout The lady told us that we could not return any items but we could exchange an item and/or accept store credit. As my wife began talking to me about the options that she had while pulling out her card to pay, the owner (we guess) came out from the back interrupted my wife and said that "There is no return policy and if we didn't want it we didn't have to buy it" quite rudely. At that moment the lady that was helping us tapped the owner noticably on the thigh as if to say be quiet. Afterwards she changed her tone slightly when we told her we were about to purchase the items but after a little back and fourth with the owner we decided to leave and not spend our money with her. I wish we had read the reviews before we went. All of the reviews on here are accurate about this store. Now I will say that the lady who first helped us was very helpful. And missed out on a sale because of her bosses poor attitude. But if you are in need of scrubs there is a wonderful scrub store in poplar bluff all of the people there are very helpful it may be a bit far but the price is less and the customer service is much better. This place is called unit 4 and just so you know we were not paid to put this on here this was an actual experience of ours today and we will not be going back to the Cape location regardless of how much closer it is to us

Extremely RUDE business!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO in this place & do any business with them again!!! I will drive to Memphis, St. Louis or Paducah or order online!!!! The owner Barbara is so RUDE AND MEAN & HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!!!! The other 2 ladies are rude also especially the older lady!!! If you were smart please don’t give this business one penny because it’s not worth dealing with these rude rude rude women!!!!!!

Absolutely the rudest employee I’ve encountered maybe ever. She never answered my question, and she didn’t offer to help in any other way. Then, she says to me,”you look aggravated.” Then tells me that I should just be patient and wait for the other lady. I was just standing there!?! I waited for the other lady for as long as I could, but had to leave so I could get back to school on time. Oh, and the last thing that rude little girl said to me was, Sorry you’re upset, I’m not good with how I say things. To which I replied, well for starters you could drop the snarky attitude. The reason I was so upset is because I have to get my things from this store. I’m sponsored by financial assistance so I can better myself. So this is the place I have to go. Because the school has an account there. I got in my car and just cried. We are a family of 4 living off of 1 income. I can’t afford to get these things on my own. Positive note- when I was there earlier in the week, looking around, a different woman was very helpful. Not overly polite, but not unpleasant whatsoever.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I dont care who else may have ticked you off through the day you dont be rude to a customer. You dont ask them if you are going to purchase anything or if you are just trying them on?! Thanks for embarrassing a young woman who didnt have the money saved up yet but wanted to see if they fit better than the ones she had. I can guarantee you wouldnt have done that had she had someone with her. I know you wont if she ever comes in there again because I will be with her and your feelings when I leave wont be frustrated but very embarrassed and hurt feelings when I get done. You should be ashamed of yourself and your very, very, very poor customer relations. As far as I am concerned, I would rather pay her the difference to drive to another town or order online than to buy from you!

I have bought scrubs at this stores for over a year and always enjoyed my experience....however this last time i spent well over 250.00 and was told that i could return any of my items if they didnt fit as long as the tags were still attached. I called them to discuss me returning 3 or 4 tops and i was told that i could either exchange them or recieve store credit. This is ridiculous dont tell me one thing and then something else. Thats very very very unprofessional. I will not do business with them again

They are the rudest people I have ever met I. My life. Acted like I didn't have money to be in there. Told me the best place for me was the clearance rack. WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THERE AGAIN.
