Have been coming here for awhile to get my hair done, mostly just regular maintenance but have had it dyed once. Lauren does my hair and she's amazing! Always super nice and friendly, does her job efficiently, and willing to answer questions along the way! Plus, the relaxing wash before the cut is heavenly!

Lauren is the best! She immediately put me at ease when I sat down in her chair. She listened to what I wanted, explained what went wrong with my last haircut (a really bad cut from a different salon), and fixed the cut while maintaining most of my length. Not to mention she was so quick! Highly recommend! Service: Haircut

I got a pedicure with Savanna(not sure if I spelled that right), facial with Ann Marie, and dry hair treatment with Lori. They were all really great and nice. I was impressed with everything. There was a last minute schedule/hairdresser change and I was a little nervous. BUT I am very happy that I did get Nancy, she listened to what I was needing without me really knowing what I wanted. My original stylist quit and I was set up with a new one. I had a perm last week that didn't take evenly,; it's flat in some areas. I went back the next week for a hair color told her about my concerns. The stylist blamed it on MY hair and told m we she would trim it so it wasn't weighted down. The perm was only One week old there is no way it was weighted down! So she cut my hair very short in some places ndshe cut my hair to barely an inch and looks horrible. I spent a lot of time and money there and am ashamed to be seen with this dreadful hair fiasco. I will never go to this salon again. I would have been better off going to the salon in Walmart!

I love the hair cut that Lori gave me. She has a wonderful understanding of the shape of my face and the cut is just fantastic. Lori is very honest with me , she took time to talk to me, and I felt she knew what I wanted, and she asked me a few questions and I knew she was going to give me a wonderful cut, very professional. She asked me if I wanted hair spray, I was happy she did because that gave me a chance to see what she was going to spray on my hair, great product not just the cheap stuff.

I am usually very pleased with my experience at Belladona. The last two times do not rate rave reviews. At my last pedicure, I had to ask the manicurist to redo one of my nails before I left. By the time I made it home, two more had to be redone. Luckily, I had the color polish I had chosen. The manicurists seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to doing a good job.

It’s more about the atmosphere at Belladona then just the haircut. Any Salon can give a haircut and/or a manicure, pedicure but at Belladona I was pampered from the minute I walked in. All the employees were professional and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I was very happy with my haircut and would recommend everyone to check the place out for themselves. Katie B, who did my hair, was very mindful of what I desired in a hair style and then offered her expertise about how it would look with the shape of my face. After the haircut she took her time to make sure I knew how to style my new haircut when I got home. (Which was very helpful!) I WILL be going back!
