This was my first visit to the salon for me and my mom to get our hair done by our friend lisa and we were both very happy with our experience. The salon was very spacious and clean as well as inviting everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend this salon and plan on coming back again in the future.

High price quotes were close to price gouging and lack of knowledge was unbelievably surprising. Within 5 minutes, I headed for the door and went to a 5 star salon. I'm still patting myself on the back for having enough moxie to not put up with their incompetence and greed.

I have had some of the best experiences at Salon West and will continue to return every time. Stephanie has been wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommended her. She not only is good with hair and knowing exactly what you want but is very professional in the customer service field. Shout out to other employees their as well as they have always made it welcoming.

I try to support local, non-chain, businesses so I decided to give Salon West a try. I scheduled a mens haircut with stephanie at 11:45. I showed up on time and walked out the door at 11:53. The cost was $25 excluding a tip. I was skeptical at the quality of the cut given that she was done in 8 minutes. I was faced opposite of the mirror for the whole cut so I could not see what she was doing. I hate to say this but its the most embarrassing haircut that I've ever paid for. And that is coming from a military veteran who's gotten a lot of $5 haircuts. My impression was that I was just another quick $25 paycheck. The picture does not do this haircut justice. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence that I was the unfortunate benefactor of. Salon West - please don't take your patrons for granted!

I was taken as a walk-in to get a cut and to have my hair dyed. The price was very fair, and I am very happy with my hair. The staff was very experienced and made me feel right at home when they offered me a coffee or a can of soda. The salon offers a wide range of products to take home - they have a huge section for you to shop in. They also carry many beautiful colors of OPI nail polish.

My bridal party and my mom got our hair done at Salon West the morning of my wedding. I only booked about 2 weeks before, but they were so friendly and helpful and treated that like no big deal (I was sure I'd never find a place at that late notice that could take all 7 of us). Allison, Don, and Jim were our stylists. All were efficient and friendly. We were all pleased with our various updos and the whole experience. We started at 8:30 and were done by 10:30. The styles lasted through the evening and my mom kept hers up through work on Monday! She plans to go back for a haircut soon! I didn't ask around a ton of places for prices, but it was on par with some and half of the highest I heard.
