This was my first time visiting this shop and I had a wonderful experience. Kenzie did an excellent job on shaping my hair and now I have found a person I can keep going back to. I would recommend anyone wanting great results to go to Great Reflections in Ashland.

The Salon decor is very nice and relaxing environment. I like the haircut Jennifer gave me. I was disappointed with the receptionist. It was my 1st time there, she never greeted me or even asked why I was there, or if I needed help. She should have told me there was a boutique on site so I could have browsed while I waited. It was an opportunity for her to promote the services offered, but, she didn't even acknowledge that I was there. When I checked out she never asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I will go back because I like to support local business, I'd like to browse the boutique again, and I like my haircut.

Gail cuts my hair, and its always wonderful. She's thorough and cuts my hair to fit me and my hair type. Her cuts are so good, they hold their shape from the day cut to the weeks later when I get the next one. The salon is comfortable and is a calming place to be. Staff is helpful and efficient, great products, and the facility is clean. There isn't a stylist that I wouldn't hesitate to go to. All are current on what is popular as well as offering strong overall skill sets. Monica is my stylist and she is very customer service oriented and offers personal consultations that have been very on point for me as well as always offering assessable, if I was unhappy or needed assistance. I don't get my haircut as often as I would like, but I wouldn't go to any other salon.

These gals did an awesome job with hair cuts on our 6 and 7 year old girls, and a 30 minute massage was just what the doctor ordered. Great environment, great people, all around great experience!

Our boys hate getting haircuts as they want to see who can have the longest hair. They leave Monica's chair feeling good about their hair and we feel great about their hair as well. Monica does a great job with our two boys.

Every experience I have had at Great Reflections has been great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, talented, and very personal. Although they are known mostly for their women's cuts and styling, I highly recommend them to any guy who wants a great cut for a very affordable price.

I've been coming here for years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else in Mid-MO! Prices are very reasonable, the stylists are awesome.. and I've never had a cut/color/style that is anything less than amazing! I can personally recommend Kasi or the salon owner Jessica. They also have tanning, custom spray tans, nails, waxing, and many other services.
