I went in for a facial today, and it was a GREAT experience! It smelled amazing, was very clean, and the staff all friendly. Caroline gave me my facial, she made me feel pampered and welcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! I'm totally willing to drive the 1.5 hours weekly so that she can do my facial. The entire staff is always very friendly. I would highly recommend this spa!

I love this place! It’s my little mini vacation when I don’t have time for a real one. The staff is very polite and the place is very clean. Ms.Dontee (not sure spelling is correct) gives the best facial ever!!! You must try it, You will love it. Can’t wait to go back!

If you are pregnant don’t get your prenatal massage at the Mt. Auburn Spa. Maggie used to work there and did a fantastic job but the new girl either doesn’t know how to take care of pregnant women or is just bad. She had me lay FLAT on my back for most of the massage which you aren’t supposed to do if you are pregnant for long periods of time or it could cut off blood flow to the baby. It also just wasn’t very good. Not only that, after it was done when I stood up my back hurt so bad I almost cried. Maggie had you lay on your side for half the massage and then had you turn to the other side for the other half. Maybe they are more experienced at the other facility.
