Very cute, in style, on trend clothing. Typical mall brand pricing, nothing too over the top. Usually has good sales, always has a clearance section. They have great clothes, shoes, jewelry & other accessories that almost any girl will love. The employees are nice, and very helpful. They have multiple dressing rooms. It's a very nice store.

Great experience at rue21. Always a very friendly staff willing to help you and go out of there way. The only complaint is that it is hard to move around some parts of the store because of the amount of clothing on the floor and sales racks, but hey, who doesn't like a sale. The sales girls were great at helping other customers, and knowledgeable in their products like perfumes and colognes.

If you have a teenager, this is the place for her. Nice selection of clothing ranging from petite to plus size. Although a small selection for males, still good for an outfit or two. Can be a litle chaotic upoun entering but you'll find some gems. Gave a low rating mainly for the disorganized look that it has. Not enough staff, long lines but great discounts to be had.

I love this store and I'm excited they got plus sizes! And I shop for my daughter and my son. They have cool stylish clothes for a reasonable price! Oh and I always get the perfumes I have my favorites and they're only $10 and last all day , I always get compliments on it.

I love to shop here and it has nice clothes and deals but it can be expensive at times. It also has some nice shoes and accessories. I like it.

I love rue21 from their staff to their sales. All of the summer stuff drives me insane! I'm here and there taking stuff from the racks. I love how nice the staff is to the customers.

Shopping at Rue 21 is like gambling. You never know what price your stuff will ring up as! Will it be higher than the tag price? Lower!? Will the tag say $20 but be on a $3 rack? Will this happen with 3 out of the 4 items you bring up to the register every time!? Still a good store with a decent selection and lots of deals to be found! Bonus Tip: Save time by asking to check prices first, Last time an associate needed an override for a simple void! Managers: Learn to trust you employees!!
