I scheduled a massage with Janet a few weeks ago. It was the absolute worst massage appointment I have ever experienced. To start, Janet was late. she kept walking by me while my appointment time had already passed, with no explanation. I let Janet know that I only wanted an upper body massage, she proceeded to disregard what I said and started at my feet. Janet talked throughout my appointment, with no regard for my relaxation, but somehow, Janet made my experience worse. As a plus-sized woman, it is not easy to be vulnerable and disrobed on a massage table and Janet made it worse as she fat-shamed me. Several times she commented unasked that if I just stopped eating carbs and sugar, I could look however I want, that it's not about calories it's about portion control and if I just ate less I could lose weight quickly. To really round out the worst massage experience I've ever had, after the end of my massage, while I was still unclothed under the sheet, Janet proceeded to stand in the room for an additional 10 minutes to talk at me and continue fat-shaming me. I don't recommend Eden because they employ massage therapists that are bullies and hide behind the veil of contract work with no resolution for customers I especially do not recommend Janet. If I could give zero stars I would.

The massage itself was good! But we paid for an hour ($80 for the facial) which ended up being 45 mins and (15 mins left for the lady to clean up). I feel like this is very misleading since we paid for an hour massage. They should advertise that it’s only 45 mins!

Janet is a gifted Reiki practitioner and energy worker. Her intuition and level of compassion left me with a sense of peace and wellbeing that I much needed. I plan to incorporate regular sessions into my self-care routine.

Schedule a massage for my girl and I month in advance, and her therapist Jon was incredible for her. Was professional polite & since we had a private room was able to hear how she treated and he was wonderful he did everything she asked. My therapist Janet was unattentive nor did she provide any customer service. I explained I came in for my feet due to my arches tensing up, and she wouldn't even touch them. When i asked to not put hot towels around my feet as it increases the inflammation she asked who told you that I said my podiatrist her response was that not true at all, and when she asked where i wanted her to rub and i showed her on my feet she still didnt massage them. At the end my girl's therapist Jon asked her what wine she wanted to drink and she asked me and I said Red wine is the best and Janet replied wine isn't included. I explained I paid for the private room, Gold package that came with it, she replied no you didnt and left. Then Jon came back in with wine and a cheese plate and apologized for her as he mentioned to my girl he knew Janet was having an off day. Jon is the best why I am even giving this 2 star when he deserves better recognition but it was not a good experience because Janet was i guess having a bad day but still its $225 for one good massage.

I had a massage with Janet and it was AMAZING. Before I even laid down she guessed that I clenched my jaw a lot based on my posture and gave me a few stretches to help relax those muscles. Then, the massage itself was wonderful. I will be booking with her again!!

We had a couples massage with Emma & Trinidad. These ladies were amazing! Professional, relaxing, great atmosphere as well. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced and worth every penny! We will be coming back!

My daughter and I had facials done on Saturday. The historic building itself is absolutely beautiful on the outside. The inside could use some updating/ maintenance but it was nice. The employees were all very pleasant and our aestheticians were amazing. Overall, this was a great experience for both of us and I would return again.

I got a couples massage with my boyfriend and we had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was relaxing, the masseuses incredibly professional and skilled, and the massages were wonderful! I can’t speak for my boyfriend but the masseuse Janet gave me my massage and she was AMAZING!!!!! I swear she had the hands of an angel

My husband and I are visiting Cape and decided to get a couples massage at Eden. The building was clean and the staff friendly. Our Massage therapists (Janet and Ali) were amazing. We left wonderfully relaxed. Absolutely worth the time and expense.
