Maggie was my hair dresser.very nice young lady seemed very knowledgeable and did a good job on my perm.would recommend her to anyone. And was very pleased at the price of my perm.about half of what I would paid at another shop.than you Maggie and Trendsetters.

I went there for the first time through a friend who suggested it for haircuts and stuff, and now I only go there. Here’s what I think about them; Good atmosphere, great staff, great pricing, But, you have to keep advising the students who operate on your hair as they’re learning through experience. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

I had a great experience. My barber was Ty Craft and he gave me more attention and effort then i get from the barbers i have used that are out of school and have been cutting hair. My hair even looks better than most barbers ive had. The staff was really nice and they seem to have a good thing going there. I would reccomend that school and barber to anyone.

Went here bc my friend's stylist canceled on her & needed her hair done within a day or 2 before we were going on vacation. The front desk person was super nice & the student who did my friend's hair did a good job. One of the "educators" however was one of the rudest people I've ever met. We were told on the phone you could bring a guest but they'd have to get a temperature check and sit in a designated waiting area. I was fine with that. The "educator" however told me I had to leave and could not be in the building when my friend and I got there. Then she was talking about it later on while my friend was getting her hair done. Talk about rude! She could have just said, "Sorry but we misinformed you & guests are not allowed right now due to covid." I would have been fine with that but telling me I couldn't be there & leave now was poor customer service. I would have considered going back given how my friend's hair turned out but not with that educator's poor attitude.

I think people need to understand that this is a beauty school and they are learning. For the price I am beyond happy with my haircut. Yes, the student took her time but I’m glad she did and she wasn’t scissor happy. I have layers that look better than when I got it professionally done. And I love my gel nails. Thanks for everything trendsetters I will be back!

Unfortunately I’m going to have to give this place 3 ⭐️. Every time I went something always went wrong, my bangs got messed up and my cuticles got injured. I’d recommend going here because, you're doing them a service to give them some practice and they do have up days, but hopefully the student who worked on me would focus on their work and not what they have planned after school.

My last visit was good (I have coarse curly hair). However, the price is low considering its a school. I wouldn't recommend it for people with ethnic hair, unless you don't care about it getting fried every now and then. I recommend asking them ahead of time for someone that can work with your type of hair. I prefer people who I can relate more with to work with my hair.

I was extremely skeptical about getting a perm here. I have never had one before and was nervous anyway so the thought of a beginner messing with my hair was scary. However, the girls who did it were extremely nice and there was a supervisor checking everything they did constantly. Perm turned out absolutely Gorgeous!!!! I could not be happier!! I will definitely be returning here for all of my salon needs:):) 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!!!
