1st time at this location. It's a smaller store than the usual. The fuel islands were busy, but moved quickly. The store is been remodel. It looked like a construction site. I have to say even with all that my experience was pleasant. The showers were new and clean. The restroom 🚻 as well.the store was well maintained for a construction site. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. There's a Hardee's on site for eating and the coffee and refreshment section was clean. Over all a great little stop 🛑. Lost 1 star ⭐ because of the construction, but defenetly recommend it over all.

The bathrooms here are always clean. It's our usual stop between Cincinnati and Columbus, especially when we have our dog with us because there's a nice fenced dog area here as well.

When their technicians can’t fix a truck, they cry to their boss when drivers have another mechanic come fix them so they can get back on the road. Seems pretty reasonable on the drivers side to call someone who can fix them and get them back on the road. After all, he gave you a chance first and time sitting and waiting is costing them money. I don’t care what “policy” you have, it’s not anyones fault other than your own team that your mechanics can’t fix the trucks and get em on the road. You have a poor way of handling business. It’s managers discretion, you just use “policy” to have your way. I guess I can understand though, it’s just embarrassing for your employees and business that these drivers have to call someone else in order to properly be taken care of. Maybe that’s why it’s your “policy”

We were stranded in our Freightliner bus with an outside rear blowout. Having just used Loves in Nashville to change it one week prior, we called for a service truck. With another $891 cash in hand, we waited. An advantage of this bus is built in jacks, so I had the bus lifted and ready. Being an outer, there was no need to even remove the wheel. Just pry on a tire, they had it in stock. The tech said Loves can’t work on a non-commercial vehicle. Reminding him we have used them many times, he called his boss. No. I called the corporate number. “Sorry about your luck sir.” I called the tech in Nashville, after all I had given him a $200 tip. He just could not understand, but has no way to affect the system. Long and short, we limped on the remaining inner down the Highway 35 at 25 mph at risk of our life the 15 miles to use a local tire shop who had the tire changed in 30 minutes. What is most contrasting is that we were returning from a publicized mission to deliver the service medals of a WWII hero. Flying J had donated $1000 of fuel when they heard of our preciousmedals.org mission. Loves told us to go away. Not only will I give this Loves one star, but the experience is so bad that I will avoid ALL Loves stops going forward. This is particularly odd because I fought for Loves to be granted permits to build in my local market of Statesville NC, after our city sued to keep them out. Buyer beware!

The service from the staff inside has been great, I have no complaints about the store in general. Just don't park on the speedco side for a lay over or you'll get parked in by other drivers in the no parking zone.

I really like this loves! Lots of truck parking and more showers, more than most loves. It also is neat for having a slightly different style layout inside the truckers side. Bathrooms were a little different layout too, a little more private which is always appreciated. 9 showers and laundry makes sense as well to accommodate the large parking lot. Hardee's for food inside, if you were curious, wasn't completely inedible tonight. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to have such a nice loves to stop and rest tonight. Will be back again!

Very clean and fully stocked bathrooms. The employees are nice and super helpful. When I had issues with the coffee the nice employee nearby just told me to take it on the house. Loves is the best travel stop by far! Especially this one. I always make a point to stop at Loves.

Very busy location. Good location if you want to get gas, Hardie's, shower, snacks, gifts etc. Line was very long when we went to check out but they got us through quickly.

Pretty sad! This is when I walked in to the shower, they had 3 available at the time so there was time to properly clean and some workers just standing around just talking to each other so yeah I'm a little shocked when we're going into a possible mask mandate and places are this dirty??? When was the last time this place was actually cleaned properly too to bottom cause it's been a few weeks at least....sad when a customer has to being in thier own scrubbing bubbles to clean before they shower and this wasn't even my trash it was from someone else's shower🤬
