I went to this location this past weekend and I feel like I was racially profiled. From the moment I entered there was always someone eying me and following me around for the reason I feel like which was stealing. I get that it’s part of the job to make sure no one steals anything but if you’re gonna watch someone at least make it not noticeable I didn’t even feel comfortable shopping. I was looked at from the Front of the store all the way until I got to the back of the store and in between. I ended up not purchasing anything because when I got to the register the sales that I seen around the store didn’t apply to the crocs I had, also I was unable to use my coupon that I had on my phone. I did not know that it was only for online purchases they advised me they were only able to scan which I’m assuming isn’t their fault but that was kind of an inconvenience as well. Had I felt more comfortable and welcomed in the store I probably would have bought the shoes but after getting the energy I did I just left.
