Very polite and helpful staff. One of their sales person Zion spend a lot of time helping me. I ordered Nike sandals and the size did not fit. It was not available online but he was able to get it ordered from me by making few phone calls. Would highly recommend them.

I was super impressed with a young boy, who worked on the floor. His name was King. He went above and beyond to help me with my last minute Christmas shopping. Also, a boy named Devin, was running all over looking for the size right size slippers for me. I'm so happy with my customer service during the busy Holiday Season.

Boring!! 90% of their inventory is non- appealing with a very small selection of the latest releases. I used to go there and want to buy 3 or 4 pairs of shoes toady after thoroughly looking over all they had I bought 1 pair of old Air Force 1's because I saw nothing else I liked.

No acknowledged me. No one offered to helped. One employee was just chatting away with a friend. This was my first time ever experiencing such behavior at this location. I stood there for 25min and just walked out.

Was constantly being bounced back and forth between employees regarding sizes. Will never go back; beyond frustrated, the young man helping me was not helpful at all. There was only one single employee who appeared to be helpful... kudos to him. Definitely will not be returning. The young man helping me, was not helpful today at all.

Said they open at 11 but actually open at 12. Also called the day before to see if they were getting a pair of shoes I was looking for. They told me yes, next day I show up and turns out they did not get them. Don’t know if they got the shoes I was looking for confused with another pair. Over all they did not give accurate information.

I feel like this store is only good for basketball players. It's not like there is anything wrong with that..... But they variety of different styles and kinds of shoes is limited and terrible. Not only that, but some of the employees are disrespectful to older customers and children.
