Went to att from t mobile for new phones. We got the new phones but most important, we had the most amazing, helpful, knowledgable support person in Janet. She made everything clear and understsndable. Not easy to get the right phone for 6 individuals ranging in age from pre-teen to octogenarian. Thank you janet !!

Elliot, the retail representative that helped me today to get my new phone, was so great, so wonderful, so accommodating, so patient inattending to my needs and accommodations. Me, old and retired don't know much of this latest technology and having him as my help is so awesome. We need people like Elliott who is affable and so nice and who is willing to help people who have little knowledge of these technologies and advances especially regarding phones.

The store manager, Emily, took great care of me and fixed and an issue in 5 minutes that another ATT manager, Asia, in Woodmere Ohio store did not do in 3 months. Emily was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and very patient with me. ATT in Beachwood is definitely the place to go to.

We were having a hard time moving a phone line over to our account for my step father. We encountered multiple, frustrating issues but Emily and Kenneth were amazing! They were highly professional, and determined to fix the problem and make the phone work. They worked diligently to help us. They even stayed open very late to help resolve the problem. They are the best!

Even though I didn’t make a purchase today, Elliot was the most thorough and diligent service representative I have ever had in my life. He knew his products and services very well and offered all of the promos discounts and bundles that I qualified for. However it was still cheaper for me to go with a different provider. But, Elliot was absolutely awesome!
