Gas station itself was open. Convenience store was not, despite the lights being on and someone in there. “Open 24 hours” is misleading and screws over those of us needing emergency essentials and have nowhere else to turn to. On top of that, the pump malfunctioned and wouldn’t pump, so we had to go to a different one, but that’s not the owner’s fault. All in all, please actually be open 24 hours if you want to advertise yourself as being open 24 hours. Thank you. ~Bunny

Elliot, the retail representative that helped me today to get my new phone, was so great, so wonderful, so accommodating, so patient inattending to my needs and accommodations. Me, old and retired don't know much of this latest technology and having him as my help is so awesome. Very polite and helpful staff. One of their sales person Zion spend a lot of time helping me. I ordered Nike sandals and the size did not fit. It was not available online but he was able to get it ordered from me by making few phone calls. Would highly recommend them. ~Rahul

Awesome experience, great location, and incredible instructor. This was my 1st time there and I will be back! The challenge was awesome, and the instructor gave good instructions on how to use the equipment and how to modify the moves for your level. You should definitely try it out. You will be very sweaty...and they even provide a towel on each climber. If you are looking for a fun experience and a way to burn lots of calories quickly...this is for you. Just Do It! ~Erica

Fantastic experience the whole way through. I was unable to source The N1X Avant Grand anywhere in or near Chicago where I live, so I started searching online and found myself on the Solich Cleveland website. Kyle at Solich immediately got on the phone with me, informed me that they in fact did have availability of the this specific piano that I was looking for. He coordinated my financing, and logistics for the delivery right on the spot. All was complete within the hour. He made contacts with his movers in the Chicago area right away to coordinate my delivery day and time. Start to finish from placing the order on the phone to delivery and set up in my home was only 7 days, even amidst the delivery from out of state. Just impressive, incredibly efficient, responsive, and super knowledgeable. Kyle truly made this important and very large purchase for me seamless. Teaching your sales people customer service skills would be great. Not to be sized up by the rock star folding clothes who made it very clear what she thought of me being in there. When Im not nasty to you and ask perfectly legitimate question…don’t brush me off. Im sorry you hate your life and your job so much but taking it out customers and body shaming them? Good for you.
