Teaching your sales people customer service skills would be great. Not to be sized up by the rock star folding clothes who made it very clear what she thought of me being in there. When Im not nasty to you and ask perfectly legitimate question…don’t brush me off. Im sorry you hate your life and your job so much but taking it out customers and body shaming them? Good for you. I applaud you and Forever 21. It’s 2022. Get over yourself.

There was an old white lady working the fitting rooms and was extremely rude to me and my friend complaining about us showing each other one dress since there was a small line forming. May i mind you they only had two dressing rooms open. Didn’t really appreciate feeling rushed trying on dresses. I walked out and bought nothing

Never again will I take anyone from my family to this particular location, the absolute worst of the worst. There were 9 people in the store and 5 of them were associates who literally watched our every move as the fake folded those dusty clothes. When asked about prices, the response was rude. Every associate from the management om down needs an evaluation...maybe a mental one too!

Rudest customer service I have possibly ever encountered. When asking questions about the fitting rooms the girl rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Someone needs to fire these unprofessional girls who clearly shouldn’t be working retail if they can’t communicate with customers. Absolutely terrible experience wont ever be coming back.

My package got lost that I ordered the day after Thanksgiving (i had it shipped to the store) but AJ the manager at the Beachwood store stayed patient, friendly, and helpful. I can pick up my package next week he said. Because of the friendly service I got from AJ i will shop here again. ThanksAJ##

Decent selection, though nothing needs to be hung on a rack so tightly you can't remove it. Sale selection is always pretty good and your definitely bound to find something you like.

Your customer service support is really rude and unprofessional over the phone. You guys need to train them more to assist your client. I will never buy any item with the company nore refer it to people. Why should i have to pay to return for an item that was bigger then the size it should be. First agent tell me it says it on add where it doesn’t say it anywhere. Second agent tell me thats my problem as size it says is what i get and he dont care as their is no supervisor i can talk to.

Sigh. This place should be call Only 21 because those are the only people who can fit these clothes. I did purchase a cover-up that I'm excited to wear on Day at the Bay. The jump suit that I purchased in a large I couldn't zip up the side. I'm normally a medium.
