One the older lady with short hair is very rude. This the second time she’s been rude. I’m usually not done with work before they close, so left early to be able to get my package which was sitting there for a week. The lady saw me but closed few minutes before actual closing time, so couldn’t get package. Had to send someone else few days after to pick it up.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from a very polite and professional staff, I believe the clerks name was Amanda and she was extremely knowledgeable about her job and very sweet at the same time, as for the boss I think they call her the post master, her name is Doris. She’s very kind and knowledgeable also and seems to know how to run the perfect balance of a fun and professional business. And it should say something that i had such a good experience at a post office to write a review. Definitely recommend this post office over any other!

This is the best postal service I have been to in a long time! I was on my way home from a cross country trip when I needed to get something sent off to my parents. I believe the lovely lady’s name was Doris! She was there and was able to help me with my questions and concerns. Her professional is not like any other! Amazing! To say the least. Doris was understanding and able to make things happen like I’ve never seen at any other postal service before. Also the other young lady there, Amanda, was so knowledgeable about what she did and how she went about helping me this day! If I have to drive 13+ hours to go to one of the best Postal Services in the US, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here!

Never thought I’d review a post office but after waking up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, I started my day with coffee and mailing out a letter to my sister in Montana. Of course I spilled my coffee but after walking into this post office with a brown shirt that was previously white they commenced to cheering me up and making my day, very sweet people, especially Doris and Amanda those two are very smart and funny. I Normally try to utilize UPS stores because the customer service for post offices are so rushed due to the amount mail they see a day, but this post office’s customer service was unmatched by any other experience I’ve ever received. Im in the military and needed to send a last minute birthday present to my mother in Georgia, Ms. Doris gave me superb advice on which packaging to use to help with cost and Ms. Amanda help me to get the just right insurance to help ease my mind on delivery even included tracking my mom received a day before her birthday and loved the gift i got her from Spain. Thank you all so much again.

I had a bunch of packages to send to meet a deadline and this location helped me in a quick, orderly fashion. Amanda was very professional and great to work with! They showed me tricks to help in the future with the amount of packages I had and will probably have again. I'm glad I chose this location and will seek out this location the future.

Twice lately they have failed to process a package correctly at the office, nothing special, nothing that required a signature. The first time, they held it at the PO and the tracking site said a notice was left but it wasn’t. The second time, it was “held at post office, at customer request” which is also not true. The first time, they were impatient and difficult to work with over the phone to figure out the mistake, and both times had no clue why this happened. This is nothing against our regular delivery man, he is wonderful! He is kind to our dogs and always leaves packages in a good spot out of the elements, etc.

The employee I spoke with had little to motivation for his job or a willingness to help a customer. I was told that I had to wait an extra day to get my package, because he was the only one there and didn't feel like looking for my package by himself .
