I run a small business and I need for them to scan my preprinted prepaid packages and they typically refuse and argue and seem to get angry when I ask for this to be done when it is just their job to do it And it only takes 5 minutes because I print all the labels at home all they have to do is scanning but they get so mad. This is a shame because Karen does such a good job but the others around her make it so I cannot come in

Usually pretty efficient and helpful, however, today I called twice and received no answer. There are two days, Jan. 25 and Feb. 18, where mail pictured on Informed Delivery was not delivered. I usually get things the same day or a day after the informed delivery email. I know things are slow due to Covid, but mail from the Jan 25 one still haven't arrived as of Feb. 20 and mail from subsequent days has been delivered. When I went in person in early February to ask about it I was told they (Bay Village) deliver all the mail they have, so it must be stuck somewhere else in the system. But, that doesn't help me! I am taking it up to higher levels like consumer affairs, but I don't think I'll ever see that mail, and it wasn't all bills!

Karen usually helps me when I go to the Post Office. She works very efficiently always with a smile on her face. Most branches that I have frequented have a long wait, not because there's too many people, but because the workers just take their good old time. Even today...just days before Christmas...she was working alone, yet little wait. I won't go to any other branch for my services.

I sent a Christmas card to my brother's family. It was returned to sender for stating unknown address. I thought perhaps my cursive handwriting was the issue. I carefully rewrote everything, new stamp, resent... on January, it was returned, same story. Turns out I had always had a digit wrong in the address of the home that they lived in for at least 15 years. No one ever corrected me, things I have sent have always gotten there! Truly it blows me away that a postal employee couldn’t discern my brothers true address. How many people live on Bruce road with his last name? Merry Christmas. In my town, our postal people rock and go above and beyond. I had an envelope placed back in my box as a stamp had been forgotten!!! I was very grateful.

Every time I go there or call they are unbelievably rude. Called and talked to Debbie who laughed at me when I asked a question. Her tone was condescending and that laughing was unappreciated. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Save yourself from time and avoid this post office and go to Westlake. They are a million times better at Westlake. Here they are rude and disrespectful.

Had 2 priority flat rate boxes that did not get delivered. Thought that someone had lifted them from my son's porch. Found out that I inadvertently put the wrong mailing label on the packages. Lucia from the Bay Village branch, helped me locate the packages and had them delivered to the correct address. This was going above and beyond since I am the one who made the error. Thank you for the great customer service.

Edit - Would not recommend mailing any sort of nice mail from this location. The machines spit ink out all over the invitations and destroyed them. Went to mail my wedding invitations. Had a great experience. the Lady behind the counter was super helpful and really nice as well.

So disappointed and angry!!! I was charged $25 to priority send an envelope to California (I would usually use UPS or FEDEX, but since it was going to a PO Box, that was not an option). One day before its arrival, I checked USPS' website to see where was it at. To my surprise, it said that is was on its way to the destination.. but to a completely different city. The envelope (which contained sensitive personal and financial information) was touring around California for three days until I finally got a hang of someone in their Customer Service I was told that there where two PO Boxes with the same number but in different cities... and of course the lady that received my envelope did not bother to double check if she was entering the correct one. I had to open an investigation, intercept the package and of course, pay an extra fee. I can understand people can make mistakes.. but this is what you guys do all day long.. Now I'm terrified because I have no idea if the package will be intercepted or if it's going to end up in the wrong hands. Very disappointed!

Mailing things here is fine no issues. But the woman who helps at the counter could not have had a worse attitude. I was shipping a package back and asked for a piece of tape. They didn't have any, at the POST OFFICE! Had to purchase some and took my item to the desk. When I asked how much the shipping would be it was like I was asking her to help me move. She couldn't have been more put off. In a day and age where I can ship pretty much anywhere else you'd think the post office would at the very least provide a pleasant experience.

I like the workers at this location but who ever designed this post office should be fired. You have to enter through 3 doors which open towards outside. When you have multiple boxes, it can be a challenge holding the boxes and opening the doors. Most post offices have the doors pushing in. Also, they have in front parking which is a nice feature, but there is a fire hydrant in between signs at the end. Why would they even have the additional sign if no one could park there anyway? LOL, just my thought!
