I run a small business and I need for them to scan my preprinted prepaid packages and they typically refuse and argue and seem to get angry when I ask for this to be done when it is just their job to do it And it only takes 5 minutes because I print all the labels at home all they have to do is scanning but they get so mad. This is a shame because Karen does such a good job but the others around her make it so I cannot come in ~Brian
