The absolute worst place to go for tires, no manager on duty, no one employee picks up the phone. Its ridiculous how they treat customers. I asked for a manager, I get the asset manager. This guy was a tool. These guys are clowns, They couldn't find the key to open the wheel locks, it was exactly where they left it. Next to the spare. You need to make an appointment, to have your tires rotated, & to get service. the place is always empty, now i understand. My son, went in they sold him a replacement tire, that doesn't match the other 3 we bought from BJ's the tire was supposed to be under warranty, they gave him a $25.00 credit, toward a tire that doesn't match. Go to Costco or Sams club to be treated the right way.The store itself is great. The tire center is horrific.
